is it possible to play my iTunes through my play5 Gen 1 speaker?

If your Apple Music (iTunes) resides on a PC or laptop, you can configure the folder so that Sonos can stream the audio from it. Here is a page with the instructions:

You can click on the “Share music folder on the network” links that pertain to your situation, then follow the steps after that section.
