Hi. I have a constant problem connecting the sonos ace to the sonos beam gen 2. The headphones connect only once, after a complete restart of both devices and then never again. I don't know what to do, the app keeps writing me an error and asks me if I have both products turned on, even though the app itself clearly sees that both are on and connected. On its own, everything works without any problems, just connecting the headphones to the soundbar using the volume control button or the app constantly reports an error. Thank you for the adviceHi. That seems odd. Makes sense that it reconnects after a reboot, but not after that. I’d probably recreate it not reconnecting, then submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
