Got a new router.

After a moving I’m installing my Sonos product in my new home. During the process to add my Sonos Connect to the Sonos system, I get the message “press the button whit the white blinking light”.I have pressed it many times, but the app answer me “we do not detect the pressure of the button” and the process halts. I have repeated it many times and I got always the same result: installation failure.  Any suggestion?

Hello,I have a Pro-ject turntable connected to my Sonos Era 100 and i would like to listen to records with a bluetooth headphone. I had big hopes for the Sonos Ace to work on WiFi but unfortunately the Ace only works with Bluetooth. I understand that my Era 100 has Bluetooth but only can receive and not transmit.  Does anybody solved this problem already?Joost

which sonos product is compatible to the Five for pairing in the same room?

I am staying at an airbnb that has a couple sonos speakers. But when I go to the sonos app it doesnt show the speakers, ive already changed the network but still nothing

I am having issues when I am watching anything with atmos I am experiencing echo through all the speakers. I have unplugged the arc and plugged it back in but still doing it. I have a arc x 2 era 300s and x2 subs can anyone help cheers 

I’m using a furète max 4K as audio and video source. It is connected to my tv on hdmi2.1 port. The tv is set for audio pass through on hdmi arc. The hdmi arc is connected to the Sonos arc. There is audio but in the Sonos app it has no audio in source listed and only stereo pcm is playing. If I rewire everything but use an onkyo tx-nr555 as source with the Max connected to an hdmi 2.2 on the amp, I get full spatial, hd and atmos. Why not with the max and arc by themselves?

Good Morning, I want to go old school and hook up my sono’s one speakers to an onkyo stereo receivier. 1) can this be done and what would my hook up look like?i also want to hook up my turntable to the stereo receiver so the ol LP’s can play away…….thoughts?Thanks in advance for your help. 

When I try to play my local npr station (WUNC) it doesn’t play and an “Unknown Content” message appears by the logo. It is one of my favorites but I have already tried removing it and looking it up again. I get it through tunein. It played fine yesterday and I can play it on my phone through the station’s app so it is not a problem with their streaming. Also tried turning it on from my wife’s phone but that did not work either. Does anyone know what the message means and how to fix it?Thanks!

Why does sonos create an iTunes folder and an iTunes Music Library.xml file when I update the music library? For some reason it decides to create this folder and file even when I don’t have a path for my music folder set up. I also wonder where it gets the data to put in the xml file? It’s not my latest music library because newly imported cd’s aren’t in it, but it does create an xml file referencing to part of my library.My music is stored on an USB drive connected to my iMac and Music/iTunes works fine. Sonos however does not. Even when I export my music library to xml and copy that file to the iTunes folder, Sonos doesn’t seem to use this new file because when I open the xml file the references to my latest imported CD’s are in there but they don’t show up in de Sonos library.

The sonos app is not saving my settings when I change bass, EQ etc etc, if I sett bass to +2 it goes back to 0 after i close the app and opens it again. Same with eq settings.. Why is that? Iphone 14 pro max, Sonos Arc

Who can tell me how I unsubscribe TODAY from the spate of Sonos Community-emails I receive every day please? Answers from 5 or 8 years or NO LONGER workable in my present day Sonos account or my present day Sonos app!

My wife is running the most recent version of the Sonos app (80.09.08) on an iPhone 13 mini running iOS 17.6.1. My wife’s app will show our music services, songs, etc., but it cannot play any of them.I am running the same version of the app on the same version of iPhone, and I can play music, etc. When I do so, the playing music does not show up on my wife’s app, and my wife’s app cannot be used to control the music.All of our speakers shows up on my wife’s app, but the slider for the volume for one speaker does not show up like the others.I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app on my wife’s phone.What can I do?  

I’m incredibly frustrated with Sonos. First they botch the App. Now I’m having problems with purchasing genuine Sonos components from their website. I ordered two replacement power cables. I ordered them from Sonos given the specific nature of their cables and I received one genuine Sonos cable and a generic cheap derivative (with Chinese print on it) which I could have bought for a quarter of the price from Amazon. The cable does not suit the application and Sonos support insist that this is normal practice and I’m making to big a deal of this. Has anyone else had a similar issue.  

I have spent hundreds of pounds on the system from Sonos. I have two Era 100 speakers which constantly disappear from my network and app, and do not connect to the Sonos Beam 2nd gen. I have tried everything at least three times, and the Beam still does not see the Era 100s (stereo) on the app and in my system. I don’t really understand how the Sonos people can sell faulty products with a non-working app and pretend that they are high-end products. This is rubbish! I think I am going to ask for a full refund! They have also changed the streaming quality  in my opinion on the older speakers to make you upgrade, as they do not sound as good as they used to! do you guys expirience the same????Class action, anyone?

I have a large library of music stored on a NAS connected to my home network and accessed via my Windows 11 laptop. My question is, can I access the library stored on my NAS in the Sonos app? 

I moved and have a new Network, I have two Play 3’s.  I managed to do a factory reset on one of them and get it connected to my new network.  The second one, I have tried to do a factory reset on to get it connected, but it stays at the Orange/While flashing no matter how long I have waited… I see it in my network when I go to add it goes all the way to the audio test, but then because its not flashing green, it won’t connect to it.  I’m on Starlink wifi, so I don’t have a network cable that I can plug into… How do I do a reset or force the Play3 flash the green so that I can link it? 

The app crashes while still on the splash screen every time. iOS 18.0.1, iphone 14 Pro Max. This has been happening through the last four app updates; it's totally useless.Should I delete the app and reinstall? I haven't found any posts on this exact situation; every other poster seems to have some functionality. I have none.Thanks

Dear Sonos team,i placed the Sub Gen 3 in the corner between the wall and the TV cabinet. The distance between the TV stand and the wall is 43.5 cm. In practice, the Sub is positioned in the center of that distance. Is the position correct? Or is it better to always keep it in that space but a little more towards the outside? So that the two acoustic ports of the sub have a little more "breath".However i am very happy with how the sub works, the bass is spectacular.Good job

I have a Sonos Amp and the Sonos App. When I try to use the IOS Home app to connect to the amp or direct AirPlay from the iPhone, it asks for the AirPlay password (see screenshot). I’m not sure where to set this and whether it’s functionally correct.

WLAN ist da, alle Lautsprecher werden in der App angezeigt, aber alle Arten von Musik werden nicht gestartet. Sonos - App läuft auf Samsung Handy. Hallo, I have a problem, my speaker Sonos playbase makes a short repetitive beeping sound. I can't find on the internet what this means.The speaker is also not found by the app. Holding the connection button did not give any results.Hope somebody familiar with this problem and can help

I have a a sonos system for more than ten years but I recently had an odd experience. Twice on coming home from holiday the system had been switched on in my absence. On the first occasion I thought that I had just been careless and not turned it off properly.  On the second ocasion I made sure it was off but when I came back it was on, tuned to a radio station that I never knew existed.  What is going on?
