It stops playing music all the time. I have followed every step instructed by sonos and nothing solves the problem. I am ready to trash the whole system and abandon the sonos company al together. They know nothing about sound and tech when put together. And there tech support is sub standard. 

I will by bang and o for my next system or go back to studio speakers

 

What did they say, after you submitted a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and called Sonos Support to discuss it?
