So new internet provider and router. Speakers can’t be found/ connect to new system. Do I have to do a factory reset or am I missing something here?

Giving your new router’s wifi the same SSIDs (network names) as the previous one can sometimes help. So, for example, if Sonos was connecting to the wifi network “thenetwork” on the old router, set up “thenetwork” on the new one. Be sure to replicate the names on all wifi bands.

After giving the new router the former WiFi credentials, reboot everything on the network, then “reserve” IP address assignments for all regular network clients.
