I'm wondering why I'm no longer able to play my Mixcloud content on my Sonos speakers. Adding my uploads to the queue, at first there's nothing (error 1002), but soon after the queue does appear. However, when I try to play the queue, nothing will play. If I try to play an individual song-mix "show" from the list of uploads, I get the error again, and nothing happens. I can play my bought content an Bandcamp okay in shuffle mode. I tried playing a Featured Playlist from Tidal, but got the error again and nothing. I'm not able to clear the Mixcloud queue that's still showing. When I try to play a radio station, after some spinning of the circle I get "Unable to play the radio station".Is this a known problem with Sonos? If so, is it something that will ever be remedied?Further investigation leads me to believe that Sonos is rendering my speaker relegated to the S1 Controller obsolete. Offering me a 30% discount on an upgrade is not something I want or should need to do. The old speaker

Impossible to connect to local streaming radios like One FM, LFM, Rouge FM in Switzerland.it looks like connections works from time to time but always though it is not true with RTS Première and Spotify. What is the issue with these radios?

I have connected my Sonos ace to Sonos beam gen 2 through the app but the sound does not swap. No message on the app to say there's a problem - it appears to think there is a connection but the sound is still coming from the beam and not the ace. I have followed the instructions on the Sonos site but am I missing something?

My system is never found.  I have multiple rooms with Speakers, soundbar, sub and receiver.  It’s so unstable it’s shocking.  Wifi is strong.  There are no issues with connection and proximity to the router.  What can i do???

I’ve seen similar problems in other topics but not this exact problem. My Roam is blinking white, I hold the power button down and it goes to solid orange then after a few seconds right back to blinking white. Honestly this thing has been a piece of crap right out of the box, problems connecting it as a bluetooth speaker as well. It’s past warranty now and Sonos will give me a 40% discount on a new one, whoopie. Maybe someone else has been able to troubleshoot this same problem. Sonos support wasn’t able to. If I can’t get it to work it’s going to get the sledgehammer treatment which at least will feel good for a few minutes but I’d like to save the speaker if anyone can help!

Well I see SONOS promoting the ace headphones with £100 off.So I go to buy them then up pops a 30% discount trading in an old bit of kit which takes it to £314I then find on line retailers are selling without discount them at £299. I immediately cancel the order citing misleading discounts and trade ins,Nope doesn't get cancelled arrives via UPS, three attempts to get the proper label and collection a the carrier is forty miles away for drop off. Booked collection for last Tuesday of course no showOh and then the return isn't even  this country Poland so I get a customs declaration for value of £62 that's how much you are being ripped off, I had just about had it with them after months of problems with the disaster software upgrade.Dragging on for weeks and all the time have my money

I want to play my music from my desktop, the desktop is connected with Serviio

Hi.  I normally kept my One SL volume pretty low, about 10 or 11 on the slider scale.  Now I have to turn up to 30 or 40 for the same sound level.  Was there a change to the software volume levels?  I’m worried the volume will return to previous levels and the sound will be really loud. Thanks,JK

Hope someone can advise me pleasecan I connect two walled speakers with cable and also use a wireless speaker with a Sonos ampTIA

Moderator edit:Google Translate-Good morning, I am very disappointed with Sonos. Years ago I bought a Play 1, Play 5, Boost and Sub, which I could control with the Sonos 1 app. Recently I bought an Arc for my TV. This works with the Sonos 2 app. So I can't connect the whole system with just one app. It's a real shame, because I invested in Sonos for its flexibility... also, since I downloaded the Sonos

I have an Arc and I am logged in, but the app is still asking me to log in as system manager. How to do that?

I’m so sick of this, but how in the world is the Volume Control still so laggy????  Volume control has a total mind of it’s own.  I just blew my in-laws out of the room because all the sudden my volume went to 11 (yes - Spinal Tap reference).  COME ON, fix the basics. Volume Control = SUCKS! Speaker Selection = SUCKS!This is what I paid for, simple home audio.  It used to be simple when I started purchasing Sonos 10+ years ago.  Now, a decade later (and me investing thousands and thousands of dollars of hardware), I have a system that works about as well as what you would expect a $19.99 speaker from the local drug store to work.  COME ON SONOS - FIX THIS ALREADY.

I added a projector in my living room where I have a TV and Arc Ultra setup.  When using my projector I want to get sound to my arc and the only thing I can get to work is through an AV Receiver.  I have my projector to AV unit along with media devices and then using Bluetooth to connect to my Arc.  The issue I am having is volume limitations.  I have looked and searched for any answers as to why it is so quiet. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Approximately once a day, the app prompts me to sign in.With the old apps/controllers, I stayed signed in for 15 years... Am I missing something?

Muchas gracias por vuestra ayudaSaludos Moderator edit:Google Translate- Good morning.I have the following problem. When I start playing audio on the ERA 100 speaker, it sounds correctly, but when I want to share that same audio on a ONE located in another room at the same time, it doesn't sound on the ONE. My Sonos Arc Ultra has its voice assistant turn on and off by its own at certain times, anyone encountered the same issue?

I have a SONY BRAVIA TV. I have the TV and soundbar setup and the sound is coming from the soundbar. The problem is that I am unable to control the soundbar volume with the TV remote. I have to control the soundbar volume with the + /- on the side of the soundbar. When attempting to adjust the volume (with the remote) it shows that volume is coming through the soundbar but does not adjust the actual volume. This process is required each time we change apps and programs. Is there an initial setting on the soundbar that I have missed (eg set the volume to 1)?Please advise.

I’m having trouble connecting the boost to my system

Running a Plex server on a Raspberry Pi attched to a local net. On the same net I’ve got two Sonos Speakers (Beam and Sonos One) and I have been able to add the connection to Plex in the App and sonds are seen but as soon as I try to play anything it halts. If I have a playlist Sonos run thru the list without beeing able to start playback.

Want to raise some issues because the user experience is dreadful. It was fine when we had two speakers and it was my partner who set up the account first even though they were my speakers I bought them. First thing was when I went and bought another speaker I wasn’t the account holder and couldn’t add it to my house! Ridiculous. On my Android phone the app was buggy and hell and wasn’t loading which is why we did it on his phone. Not realising how insane it is that I cannot set up my own later and pair the two speakers because we want different system set ups. I don’t want to log into the account and see his stuff. Is there no concept of Data protection at Sonos? Now again the system has grown to 10 speakers. Some speakers are to be shared - communal living areas. Other’s like our own offices and workshops separate. All part of the same house. We do not want to have 3 systems. Plus be able to get up a subset as guest access to share with friends. The problems we are having and with the

I build a home cinema, used my exsisting Sonos setup, bought an Arc og two Aces.Me and my wife where ready to watch movies together after the kids went to sleep. Now I learned that you cannot connect two Aces to one Arc. What a disappointment...thats the one and only reason I bought and Arc and two Aces…When will this be possible?

I'm experiencing an issue with my Sonos Era 100 stereo pair and Sub Mini when using AirPlay from my Mac Studio. After pausing playback for a few minutes, upon resuming, the progress bar on my MacBook indicates that the content is playing, but there's no sound from the speakers. Disconnecting and reconnecting AirPlay resolves the issue temporarily, but it's inconvenient to do this repeatedly. Is this behavior inherent to AirPlay, or is there a solution to prevent this from happening?System Configuration:Speakers: Sonos Era 100 (stereo pair) + Sub Mini Source Device: Mac Studio running the latest macOS Connection Method: AirPlayTroubleshooting Steps Attempted:Restarted Devices: Restarted both the MacBook and Sonos speakers; issue persists. Recently, I wanted to change out the three Sonance amps for my whole home audio system, which i run with two sonos ports. I would have to purchase 4 sonos amps to make this happen. I started with one to check it out, and unfortunately there is not fixed volume limit.I understand I can adjust it in the app, but since there are other people in the home, it is much easier to use the volume control in each room. We have both fixed and app drivien speakers here so you can see the issue.I am hoping you add this feature to the amps so down the road I can switch to all Sonos Amps. For now, Ill have to repurchase Sonance amps until this feature is added.Does anyone know if this will be added to the software?

I have a pre-amp record player, bought the Sonos cord USB-C to Audio plug and connected to ERA100. I see the signal is working from the turntable into the Sonos as the bar graph is working but no sound is coming from any speaker. The ERA 100 speaker is called “Sideboard” and the device on Line In is called “Turntable”. The turntable worked on S1 into a Play 5. Unplugging the cable removes Line In as a Source on My System so obivously ERA 100 sees the device. What am I doing wrong as all the setup is seemingly ok.
