Well I see SONOS promoting the ace headphones with £100 off.
So I go to buy them then up pops a 30% discount trading in an old bit of kit which takes it to £314
I then find on line retailers are selling without discount them at £299.
I immediately cancel the order citing misleading discounts and trade ins,
Nope doesn't get cancelled arrives via UPS, three attempts to get the proper label and collection a the carrier is forty miles away for drop off. Booked collection for last Tuesday of course no show
Oh and then the return isn't even this country Poland so I get a customs declaration for value of £62 that's how much you are being ripped off, I had just about had it with them after months of problems with the disaster software upgrade.
Dragging on for weeks and all the time have my money
