IOS 18.3.1Sonos App Build 80.16.32-release +20250123.d5840Get a “something went wrong” message trying to use the Search Function on my NAS hosted Music LibraryGoing over to the Windows APP, no issues.Another issue is the track being played on the Port (as selected by the Windows App) does not match the album graphic on the IOS APP, that was the prior track used to first connect and test the IOS APP Was indeed working.

I am having all kinds of trouble trying to get my play one speakers to consistently stay active on the Sonos app. The app itself is also having serious problems with remaining stable and sometimes works perfectly for a few minutes and then is completely not accessible. This used to be a very stable software and hardware situation, but ever since the new app came out, we have had all kinds of trouble and just tolerated it sometimes by leaving the speakers on all the time and physically turning them up and down on each speaker…Not ideal, Highly frustrating, but a work around. I’m pretty sure it’s the newer Sonos app since that’s where and when the problem started. We even tried switching back to the old Sonos app version and it is not functioning at all. So I have a few thousand dollars worth of Sonos products that feel like they are becoming worthless devices that sound amazing at times when they do work. And any help or advice would be appreciated although I’m not holding my expectation

I am tearing my hair out ..!I have 2 Play:Ones, 2 Play:3s and a PlayBar. I upgraded from the S1 app to S2 but have had nothing but trouble. It took about 3days to get the 4 smaller speakers working together and I still can't add the PlayBar: error messages mostly, but even when I get to the end of the connection process and it says it's been added and plays the final chime it doesn't appear in the speaker list. Then individual speakers just disconnect from the account. I love the sound from the speakers but the app and connectivity are absolutely shocking. Any help gratefully received.

I’m always struggling with the volume button in the app. It’s very small and if you quickly want to change volume it is annoying. Also the volume-indicator is at the right side of the screen so if you are right handed it is more difficult.   I was wondering if you could customize this somewhere in the app. I cannot find it but maybe I overlooked something.if not I hope it can be on the todo list for the developers..  someone knows more on this topic?regards,Jan (a happy user of Sonos)

Hello Sonos Team,I recently found out that Denon has integrated Siri into their smart speakers if you already have a HomePod or HomePod mini at home. You can see the details here: Denon SupportI think this is a great feature and would love to see the same integration on Sonos speakers. It would be incredibly useful for those of us who are invested in the Apple ecosystem. Please consider adding this to your roadmap. Thanks!

Hello :) I currently own the Sonos Arc Ultra. This is my first Sonos product. I have already asked google about my problem and searched here in the forum but have not found anything suitable. My left and right speakers are extremely quiet. I first noticed this when I was watching normal TV. There were two channels that were broadcasting "Stereo PCM" according to the Sonos app. I had to turn the volume up from 10 to 20-26 so that I could hear anything at all. Then I turned on a 5.1 Dolby test video on YouTube to test the whole thing. I immediately noticed that as soon as the sound moved from the center to the left and right speakers, the volume was half as low. However, the Sonos app displayed 5.1. This leads me to the conclusion that it is only due to the left and right speakers.I have already swapped HDMI cables. Switched everything off, restarted and checked all settings 3-4 times... Soundbar has already been replaced once because of the error. No improvement. Interestingly, I didn't

I just observed a quirk and wondered if this was a SONOS or NAS issue.I noticed that many of my albums had duplicate entries in the Album view and it seems that SONOS is cataloguing everything in the NAS recycle bin?I had been converting all my WAV compilation albums to FLAC and had a large volume of wav files in the recycle bin otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed it, It’s an ASUSTOR Flashstor 6. The problem was cleared when I emptied the recycle bin but its an unwelcome extra step if I have to check & empty my recycle bins before updating the media library.

Hi, sine the last update. I can search mixcloud, select track. But it will not play. Press play, icon looks like it's starting, but just sits there. Reinstalled app, just in case. But no luck.

I follow the Sonos instructions to add BBC Soubds but it does not appear in the content services list. How can I add it?

I have an older Samsung model UN55KS8500. It says the arc ultra is connected, but no sound plays. I changed HDMI cords, unplugged everything for 5 minutes and still no sound. With the tv remote when I turn up the volume I can see the volume go up in the sons app. But no sound. What else should I try

I am having troubles accessing albums stored in my NAS library, going via library/albums. All albums listed as “(Compilations)” (in grey, below the album title) are apparently empty, i.e. the Sonos controller shows “No selections are available.” when clicking on the album. “Ordinary” albums, i.e. showing instead the artist’s name under the album title, display the full album content. When I access the “Compilations” albums via the library/folders/... selection, the album content is properly displayed.Any solution?

I have several imported playlists that have a lot more songs in the Sonos queue compared to the playlist.  For example, I have a playlist (Rock Unrated) that has 558 songs.  When I start the imported playlist in Sonos, the queue says it has 48,546 songs. Another playlist has 321 songs, but when played on Sonos the queue has 56,496 songs.I created the auto playlist in Musicbee.  The playlist is then exported to a M3U file that Sonos imports. This only happens when I start the playlist with my iPhone Sonos app.  If I start the imported playlist with the Windows Sonos software, it has the correct number of songs.

Hi all.i am having issues with the Sonos sub, whereby it works when using Spotify but does not when using Mixcloud. I have tried removing and reconnecting the sub in the room. Thanks

I’ve read dozens of threads about the “no signal” problem when the Arc is connected via eArc but still have an issue that appeared recently. No config change, but I did receive a new TV box from my provider. Since, then, when turning on the TV, I get a “no signal” message on the LG TV.Apple TV works fine constantly. Switching the input back to TV gives “no signal” again.I performed the TV setup after unplugging everything and letting the TV etc unplugged for about 10 mins.I performed a factory reset on the Apple TV, Arc, LG TV, and received a new TV box from my provider as they thought it was the culprit. If I plug the TV box directly in the TV HDMI port (not via eArc), it all works fine. But via eARC, the Apple TV will always work and the TV box will pretty much always show “no signal”, black screen and of course no sound. If I un/replug the HDMI of the TV box, sometimes, the Arc LED turns green, sound starts playing and the image appears again. Sometimes the sound will start playing but

Hi everyone, my playbar in the living room has just started making a high pitched noise and I can hear it fluctuate depending on certain sounds on a tv show. How do I fix this as this is a older playbar

Hi there, I am on S2, obviously, since I have yet another random weird issue. 🤔I started that thread as a Deezer one, but the problem is wider. I can stream what is in my favourite, I can not browse radios (even Sonos) , Deezer or anything but my local music library. The content will not load, I'll have that weird error message and that's it.  Everyday is a deception with this app....What ever I chose, I have the very explicit and helpful message "there was a problem" (maybe slightly different as I am in french version).I have unlinked my Deezer account and linked it back, same, no playlist, no title, no nothing. My internet works well, I am on fiber and it is quite stable. Any suggestion?

Iemand hetzelfde probleem gehad?

After a proper upgrade, the device remains play: 1 say no connection can be made

Unable adjust amp settings. How do I log out and log back in as owner

When I go into Content Services in the iOS controller app my list of connected services all show up with the name “Service Name”. Is anyone else seeing this? (app build 80.16.32)

Wifi names show up with weird names when trying to install new speakers.  could it be the special danish letters “æ” and “ø” that bugs it? Cant connect to the wifi networks with the correct password Moderator Edit: Removed personally identifiable information
