Will there be an update to make the volume louder while using TV SWAP on the Sonos Ace? It’s incredibly low compared to other headphones available. Please make adjustments .

My Sonos network is spontaneously playing music from Spotify. This happens at random times and on random speakers. For example this morning it was playing on all speakers:(clicking on a room indicates the Spotify user is “Guest”). The strange thing is no one in our house has a Spotify account or even the Spotify app on any device. The Sonos network does not have Spotify setup as a service. The only way I can see this might happen is if someone were to join the WiFi network and play music from Spotify directly to my Sonos devices.Our Sonos network is made up entirely of old gear connected by WiFi and we’re using the S1 app.This happened multiple times this week. It happened previously a while ago (many months).Other than someone joining the network and playing directly I can only make wild guesses that point the finger at Sonos’ internal systems?Any ideas on how to figure out what’s going on? Trying to avoid rebuilding my Sonos network; especially if this is something Sonos is intereste

I had an old but brand new Sonos Connect  and I’m trying to add it to my system. It won’t upgrade the software/it gets error 803. What should I do?

I had my music library on a Naim music server but that collapsed. I rescued the music on a USB drive, but now I need a NAS through which I can have Sonos access the music on the USB drive. Which NAS is easiest to configure for this purpose?

I just returned a pair of era 100s to costco. I bought them in December 2024 and was unable to pair them. They showed up in the app as Optimo1’s. yep. The box said Era 100, and the label on the bottom. The build quality seemed inferior to my Ones. Have no idea why they would only show as “Optimo 1” In the app, other than guessing that they were originally built as Optimo and then re-labeled for sale as Era100? Was super disappointed, and, glad the return was so easy. And I'm going to stay very happy with Ones. Anyone else experienced this?

I'm going to ignore the fact that as I write this, my music is happily playing from Spotify regardless of the fact that the Sonos app shows "No Content" for that group. WOW. Broken in so many ways.  Let's instead focus on the fact that I have a grouped set that no longer has an available volume slider for one of the speakers in the group. How do I control the balance between the two with no volume slider?!?!  

I’m playing via line out into an Era 100 grouped with a One SL. The speakers consistently fall out of sync or fail to remember being paired after pressing apply on the app. I’m playing vinyl records and every time I change side, I have to reset the speakers on the app. Nothing gets remembered and it’s completely frustrating. Any help appreciated!

I have a system upstairs and another downstairs both connected to the same WiFi.new app now has arbitrarily separated the two systems and I must switch from one to the other, and can no longer have the same music playing everywhere.The mind boggles as SONOS in a dev team hole, keeps digging.I suspect there is no way out of yet another unasked for “improvement?”  Is there a way that someone knows, a workaround perhaps where I can control both from one source?  Prior to this, they were identified easily by how I named them.  Absolutely NO NEED whatsoever for this further bastardization of their app.  I see countless complaints but no response from SONOS.  Instead they ask their users to make their excuses.Ah….for the days of a simple amp with speakers.  

I do have multipe issues but all seem to be connected with my sonos soundbar not being visible in my system anymore. It was connected as a home cinema system with two sonos one and a sonos sub. The sonos ones also have gone missing, the sub shows not connected, unable to remove and reconnect everytime i tried. Unplugged the power cord already from all devices, did not help. Anyone an idea, what the issue is?

Happens randomly, I can be using the app, adding music, changing things and the suddenly I try to access the queue and I get the message 'Unable to access the queue.  Try again'. Doesn't matter what I do, unload app, restart mobile. It will not allow me to access the queue. I thought that after all the issues, this being one of the main parts of the app you need it would have been sorted.

I have two Play 3 (Gen 1) and two Play 1 (Gen 1) speakers.  I tried connecting everything at my new home in Medellin Colombia and the Play 1 speakers connected perfectly. The Play 3 speakers won’t. I tried the factory reset, ethernet connection to the modem, unplugging, everything….. Play 3s are simply NOT CONNECTING.  They worked perfectly at my home in Houston recently 

Depuis que je suis passé à la nouvelle application Sonos j’ai des problèmes de stabilité. J’utilise principalement Tidal comme source de musique ou ma bibliothèque personnelle. J’utilise mon Iphone 13 ou mon Ipad Air 2024 (model A2902) pour ouvrir l’application sonos OS S2. Mon système est à jour, c’est la version 80.14.07. L’application est instable, elle s’arrête et m’indique qu’il n’y a aucun produit trouvé, puis indique d’aller dans les paramètres système, puis après le message l’application fonctionne correctement jusqu’à ce que le problème recommence. Un autre problème que j’ai à l’occasion, c’est que la musique saute à la pièce suivante sans que je l’ai demandé. Bon, tout ça pour vous dire que je n’avais jamais de problème avec l’ancienne version de Sonos. Je ne vois pas les améliorations qui ont été apportées avec cette nouvelle version. Hi,having a complete nightmare, setup a Sonos Beam Gen 2 with no problem attached via HDMI on a Samsung TV.  All works fine on its own controlling tv and channels, sounds good.    however i cant add my 2 older Sonos Play:1 as surrounds, what am i doing wrong?just cant get the beam to find them or link up?

I have a new beam 2 and freestyle projector connected by micro hdmi - e arc  it works well together after a while - but getting connection AGAIN once devices turned off is my  issue As it works eventually this is clearly my failing but I really need a list of steps to follow -  on occasion the beam doesn’t see the hdmi e arc connection- once it said there is something interfering ?   

When I play music from my Brennan B3 through my Sonos Roam SL speaker the name of the individual song isn’t shown. Can this be done ?

  I have an LG BX OLED TV and a Beam connected via HDMI ARC, and I also use Sony Bluetooth headphones. Every time I try to play TV audio through Bluetooth, it switches back to ARC after 2 seconds. The only solution I’ve found is to physically disconnect the HDMI cable from the Beam, but that’s obviously not ideal. Turning off HDMI-CEC (Simplink on LG TVs) has been suggested, but it doesn’t really solve the problem because Simplink and HDMI-CEC keeps reactivating automatically. This forces me to go into the connection menu repeatedly to disable it, which is frustrating. The fact that this issue persists after years is unacceptable. The Beam and the TV keep prioritizing ARC, completely ignoring the user’s preference to play audio through Bluetooth. It’s infuriating that neither LG nor SONOS has addressed this problem properly. If I want to use Bluetooth headphones to avoid disturbing others in the room, I shouldn’t have to deal with my soundbar reconnecting to ARC and blasting sound at f

However, I’ve noticed that the service announces the station name in between songs. I’ve had two Sonos sl 1 speakers for about two years and I’ve hardly ever had them both working.I have one in the kitchen and the other one in the living room. I constantly have to sort out one by doing a reset I’ve also rang up someone at Sonos who got both working for a while. Now if I get say the kitchen going the living room one stops working it seems I can only have one at a time working could someone help please. I want to subscribe to apple music and get a roam but won’t until I get this sorted.RegardsBruce

I have a Beam and 2 Sonos Ones all on S2 app. When I try to add sub mini it keeps saying that the system has been added but may not appear... But it never appears. Have reset the mini and tried to add it on multiple times via phone and tablet but no joy. Any idea how I can add it?

I like the overall sound quality from my Sonos One and Sonos Move speakers. However, the volume levels change dramatically from song to song. I use Alexa voice service and Apple Music streaming. Why hasn’t Sonos implemented volume leveling???

Since Yesterday I have lost Partielly then completely all connections to Google assistant.It stated from 1 of my Sonos One, then it extended to a Roam.... I restarted my router and all devices but no joy.It king of worked with e Roam for a minute then went south again after I reconnected a One...Removed all links to Google assistant in Sonos and Google Home.BTW, Google Home only sees a few Sonos devices, not all of them.... Odd.I have then tried to add the service back but it just never manage to do it First attempt after phone reboot takes me to home assistant config and it ends-up not finding any device.If I try again, the Google assistant never shows again, there seems to have a hidden window of it but nothing I do can make it show. I tried this on 2 different android phones, same results. I am now stuck with no assistant at all. Alexa won't activate and So is assistant just did not want to finalize the setup either..… Seriously WTF is goi g onnat SONOS. The giant  connected speaker
