Thank you for sharing the link. However, this solution only allows for controlling Sonos speakers through a HomePod or HomePod mini. What I'm requesting is direct Siri integration on Sonos speakers themselves, similar to what Denon has done.
Denon’s implementation forwards voice commands to an existing HomePod or HomePod mini, but the commands can be directed straight to the third-party speakers (in this case, Denon speakers). I am looking for similar functionality on Sonos speakers, where we can issue voice commands directly to the Sonos speakers, and they forward these commands to the HomePod or HomePod mini.

If I remember correctly, the previous CEO was not a fan of the required HomePod product with Apple’s integration plan. Perhaps that sentiment has changed.
Hi @s_rosenthaler
Welcome to the Sonos Community!
Thank you - I've marked this thread as a feature request and it will be seen by the relevant teams for consideration. Keep the ideas coming!
For what it is worth, I think it unlikely that Siri support will be added - we just created our own voice assistant, so it seems unlikely to me that we would now add Siri support when the option was already available before we created Sonos Voice Control.

Hi @Corry P
This is very disappointing. I need this integration to control our smart home, which includes over 100 devices such as KNX, Matter, etc. Currently, I have to place an additional HomePod on each floor because Amazon is not reliable enough for smart home control. Many of us have built everything on Apple HomeKit or Google Home, which you don't support, or in the case of Google Home, no longer support. Moreover, the Sonos voice assistant is still not available in German after several years and only allows for music control, which does not add any value for the Sonos community. You should consider looking into the Siri integration by Denon, which enables Siri commands to be sent to a HomePod mini via Denon.
Hi @s_rosenthaler
It is not my decision to make, one way or the other - I was simply giving you my two-cents-worth. Your feedback has been passed on for consideration.

Just FYI, I would not expect to much in terms of an update. Sonos policy is almost always to only annouce new features/products when they are fully tested with a solid release date planned. Every time they do announce things before everything is in stone, they run into delays which just annoys customers. This happened with Google Assistance adoption, and is happening now Ace True Cinema. If I were Sonos, I would intentionally leak a new feature if I wanted customers to buy products in anticipation of a feature, rather than officially annouce it. That way, you are not tied to any deadline and can even kill a feature without upsetting Sonos customers as much. It’s not like pretty much every feature/product gets leaked anyway.
