My Sonos Arc Ultra has its voice assistant turn on and off by its own at certain times, anyone encountered the same issue?

Hello
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the Voice Assistant turning on and off by itself on your Sonos Arc Ultra.
Do you have by any chance a cat or another pet that can walk on top of the soundbar?
It is commonly seen here in our Community and also in my house (
) as they do like going in front of the TV and incidentally on top of my Sonos Arc and on the touch control buttons.
A way to work around this would be to disable the touch controls, have a look on our Support Article Using touch controls on Sonos and more specifically the below:
Disable touch controls
- Open the Sonos app for iOS or Android
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Choose the product with touch controls that you’d like to disable.
- Under Hardware, toggle the Touch Controls setting to turn touch controls on or off.
If this is not the case, which Voice Assistant are you using? You mentioned certain times, does this happening on a schedule?
If you notice when this happens, please Submit Diagnostics and contact our Support Team, as they have tools at their disposal to provide you with advice and information specific to your system and what it reports.
