I’ve been using Sonos since they launched about 13 years ago, but have always bought the black components. I’m planning to buy the Arc surround sound kit with the subwoofer and two S1s. However I’m looking to buy them in white. It will be placed in a south facing very (Very!) sunny room, do I need to worry about the white plastic turning yellow over time?

I have just lost all “My Sonos” favourites. Can they be restored to a previous time? Cheers JA1

Long story short, I upgraded my ISP connection, which prompted me to upgrade my router/firewall. I also decided to replace my very noisy dying switch. Result, great network, but Sonos is being very difficult. First, Apple Music stopped working. Couldn’t fix it. So being an idiot, I factory reset all of my Sonos. Managed to get 4 Play:1 connected (3 rooms, one each, except for one room with a pair). Now, trying to add any more Sonos results in a network problem on the last step of the process.My network: BT Openreach → Fortigate 80F → Netgear 752TPv2 → Ruckus APBT Openreach = ISP termination point in my house. CAT 6 connection to Router Fortigate 80F = Router & Firewall Netgear 752TPv2 = 48 port switch Ruckus AP = WiFi access points. All are wired to switch, so not a mesh network.Everything used to work prior to the router and switch upgrade.I’ve tried changing the MTU on the router; I’ve adjusted STP settings on the switch, and enabled “Forward BPDU while STP Disabled”. Hi everyone, we have a Sonos beam which is set up to our tv through the arc connection- works fine. Then we have two more Sonos speakers from IKEA- Symfonix. One is the lamp and the other is the bookshelf. They have all been set up and connected to the Sonos S2 app. When I go on the app onto the beam and try and set up surround sound (all speakers are on and connected to WiFi) it says- two compatible speakers are required...  are we doing something wrong? All speakers are connected on the app and so should be compatible? I can’t work out why it won’t work?Thanks in advance, Christy. 

I have 1 “Playbar” and 2 “Play:1” speakers. The instructions for using the Trueplay function for SONOS  S2 App Version 12.1.1 latest update as of 10-16-2020 is as follows. From the Settings tab, tap System and then select the speaker you wish to tune. Tap Trueplay > Trueplay Tuning and follow the in-app instructions to tune your speaker.When I tap System and select the speaker I don’t see any option for TruePlay.  All I have for options is “EQ”; “Surround Audio” and “Volume Limit”.  I’ve been all over this App and nowhere is there a “Trueplay

Hello everybody,I am running into many problems with myS2 system. Please note wifi configuration is the same for a few years and never had any issues.Spotify stops playing OR repeats the song after 10-20 seconds Selecting a song or changing song takes forever, minimum5 to 10 seconds before it starts playing. Before it was instantaneous. when it starts playing it plays for a 10-20 seconds then starts again the song  Support diagnostic sent is 326329251Oh and yes I have disconnected everything, rebooted the router, then turn all device back on.. also plugged the playbar to a  wired network..I have the feeling S2 is not stable and ruins my sonos experience :-(anyone else having issues  ?thanks cyril

I have many speakers. I grouped a Sonos One and a Port (the port is sending his output line to a Yamaha amplifier) but there is a few ms delay between the two sounds. I tried to set the sound compression to none and to change the WiFi channel but nothing changes. I’m going mad… I sent the diagnostic and its number is 862404893 (in case someone from the support sees it...). I had this issue since I installed the system, I tried to plug, restart, change the input in the Yamaha Amplifier (RX-V375). I used to have the Connect and a Play:1 connected in the same configuration but I never had an issue, but then I upgraded the system due to the S2 app compatibility. Any other in the same situation? Thank you! 

When I try and play my playlists i am getting a message saying “your Last fm login information was invalid”. I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. Help please.

if Sonos port RCA out connect to external active speaker RCA in, will I be able to play Sonos radios from Sonos app to external speaker. Thanks

I have an older Connect Amp for my Patio speakers and a Connect for my living room speakers. I would like to upgrade but not sure what to get, can someone help? Thanks in advance

I am looking to purchase another One SL. I know it can’t just play directly to a TV, but am I correct in saying that if I chose TV everywhere from another room and grouped them together that it would play the Tv through it?

Hi everyone, With the 12.1 update to all devices today my Arc + Sub + One SL rears setup is no longer working. The Sonos app can no longer find either of the rear SLs. Rebooting the router, resetting and reinstalling all devices including the Arc will allow it to try to reconnect the rear One SLs but the ‘add surrounds’ feature always bugs out and leaves them paired but unable to be found. Anyone else having this issue and any suggestions?

S2 app drops Sirius XM on a regular basis. Encoding issue is the common on-screen notification.

Is there a way to export the names of songs/artists on a playlist into word, excel or similar?

Is there any method to connect/synch up my Sonos Beam to my Bose Soundlink 2 so they are synched up and can both play TV/Pandora????

Hi a newbie here and to Sonos. I recently, last week, took delivery of an arc, sub gen 3 and two ones.On music and 5.1 they sound fantastic, I am very impressed…..BUT listening to Jack Ryan with Atmos, there are regular clicks, three at a time….there does not seem to be much atmos content to test out the system. TV has ARC but not EARC, The fire TV shows atmos. Any suggestions welcome 

We want to use Sonos 24/7 in three of our rooms but only 8-6 in 10 others. Is there a way to program this automatically?

Is the Sonos Amp weatherproof and can be installed outdoors? I mean the amp  that supports the Sonos Outdoor speakers.

Hi,   The vast majority of our household’s use of both Spotify and Sonos are playing Spotify playlists through our Sonos system.     For years, I had no problems.  Recently, however, a few of my long Spotify playlists would no longer load in Sonos when launched in the Sonos app.  I began receiving the “unable to add songs to queue” message for Spotify playlists that were around 4,000 songs or more.  I can get around the situation by launching the Spotify playlist through the Spotify app and then sending it to Sonos.  That’s more inconvenient compared to the Sonos app, but it works.    However, I also used to enjoy having some of those long playlists be morning or afternoon alarms, but when Sonos loads for an alarm a playlist that is too long, it flips to the chime instead.    Anyhow, did something change in a software update a few months back?  Is there some deep setting I can change somewhere?  Or maybe it’s just me?   Thank you.

Does Sonos Radio work with a CR200? Mine just says “unable to browse music.” Sonos Radio works fine on my phone, iPad, and desktop.

I have a couple of Play 5 (v1) and some newer play 1’s and a bridge.  I am proposing to replace the bridge with a new boost.  Will the Play 5 v1 work with the new boost?

I have an echo Dot and Sonos one, I also have some smart home items. I'm creating routines in Alexa and get the prompt Sonos one "audio actions in routines are currently not supported on this device" although it them proceeds to complete the audio action… What do I need to do to keep the audio action but stop the stupid message !
