I opened my sonus interface and was greeted with a notification to upgrade.  So I am okay with that but cannot get past below screen:  Also “Help → About” shows all my speakers correctly but under “System” I’m missing ½ my speakers :-(  I was happy with this sound solution now not so much…..

Apologies is this is already in 1,000s of other posts but I have been unable to find it.  I’m an old Sonos User (7 devices are going legacy soon, ugh!) -- I used the trade-up program to switch out one of my ZP-100s for a Sonos Amp and was pleased to see that the Amp has an HDMI input.  I was hoping to be able to play audio from a Sony Short throw projector (an LSPX-P1 -- the ZP-100 of short-throw projectors).  Alas, the LSPX-P1 has only a simple “HDMI out” port and not an “HDMI audio” or “HDMI ARC.”  I assume I would need to get some device that would either split my HDMI into a ‘video’ and ‘ARC’ or some device that simply converts HDMI to ARC.   Looking at the message boards it looks like there are loads of people who need multiple splitters to hook up tons of devices -- for me it is much simpler but I’m still not sure which is the best route in order to get some audio for watching stuff on this projector.    

I apologize if this is a system-wide issue and someone's already asked about it. In the last two days, my speakers have been cutting in and out while streaming music. I've been using the same setup for years, no issue, so I imagine it's a side effect of a recent update? It happens when attempting to group rooms, and even within the same room (left or right speaker will intermittently cut out). Anyone else having this issue? Thanks for your help.

Easy question.  I am leaning towards purchasing the ARC to replace an old Onkyo TX-NR535 and Polk R8’s, although the huge backorder on all websites concerns me, my question is connections. How would I connect my direct TV reciever and Amazon fire stick?  With the reciever it is simple.  Would I use my multiple HDMI input on my TVTV output to input on SONOS - Direct TV and Fire stick output to HDMI input on TV? Thanks. 

I want to purchase the correct setup and need advice before I buy. I haven’t bought anything yet but I need to know this will work both ways flawlessly without a lot of user input when toggling back and forth. I want to watch or the game with high quality surround on the patio but the other half the time I want to use the system as a stereo system. I was thinking of the arc, the sub, and 2 Sonos five speakers. My question is does Sonos allow me to have one configuration as a home theater setup and have the pair of fives as surround speakers to complement the arc and sub and another configuration that would allow hifi setup with the pair of fives with the arc and sub complementing them When playing music. If so would it be easy to switch back and forth.

Dear all,I have a Move and I’m unable to charge it.I used the charging base provided by move but the battery always remain at 0%I bought Move this year so I don’t think that I need to change the battery.anyone with the same issue? thanks

Dear community.I am interested in the Sonos ARC and would like to install it according to the setup in my sketch below.My TV (55 ") is attached to a cupboard wall. Underneath is a niche in which I want to install the soundbar. This niche is 55cm high and 47cm deep. And underneath of that, another 21cm high drawer.My question is whether this will have a major impact on sound reproduction or acoustics?Will the dolby atmos functionality still work properly? Or is it therefore not recommended to choose a soundbar with dolby atmos?Is it an option to mount the soundbar a little lower in the niche to have a better soundquality (preferrably not)? Thanks in advance!

I have been using Sonos S1 with my 11-speaker system comprised of Sonos One, Sonos Play:1, Play:5 and playbar and I took one of the Sonos One speakers with me on vacation and used it on another network in the Sonos 2 app.  I am now back home and all but one of my speakers (the Play:5) shows up at “incompatible” in the Sonos 1 app, and the “updates” don’t work.

I’ve just set up my Sonos Arc and Move and when ever I ask Alexa to play a radio station, it constantly breaks up and even repeats itself. If I ask Alexa to play anything from Apple Music or ask for information, it’s perfect. The Move is In a separate room to the Arc and not linked. This has been happening for a few weeks now and it’s driving me mad.Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi all, Can anyone help. Recently we haven't been able to get any other countries radio stations to play through the tune in app or also through the Sonos radio app.  I can only get it to play UK stations which is really annoying as we love to listen to quite a few Dutch and Belgium radio stations as my husband used to live in Holland and likes to keep his Dutch up. Anyone else having this issue and did you manage to solve it?  

Had difficulty connecting our brand new Connect. Finally got it set up via the Ethernet but it immediately needed to update. Error message 803 received. Unable to update. Any helpful info? 

I saw a bunch of other threads, and they do say Wi-Fi issues, although they’re light on details. I’m starting my own in case it’s different from the others.. Also, sorry for the wall of text. While my issue is Wi-Fi related, it does not seem network related, or at least in the sense of connecting to the AP I have in my house which is dedicated for these speakers. Nor do I have L3 connectivity issues to the speakers when they’re operating independently (not in a home theatre, also except the sub can’t play music without pairing to another speaker). I have 2x Play:1, 1x Playbar, and 1x Sub which make up a home theatre config. I also have a Move, which is separate. App and devices are all running 12.1. I noticed that only my Playbar and Move were showing in the app, and I just had some question marks with the Playbar (it should’ve been in a home theatre config).I checked the Play:1s and the Sub, and they have a flashing white LED. Tried powercycling, leaving them off for 10 seconds. No ch

I had my Sonos Play 5 paired with my One SL and it worked perfectly for maybe a month. Suddenly a few days ago, they showed unpaired and I tried to go into settings to do stereo pair again and it says I need to have 2 compatible products set up to create a stereo pair. I wouldn’t have purchased the One SL if I knew they would make it not compatible in a pair.  How do I fix this?

Just received the vinyl set (play5 + pro-ject turntable) and when I opened it the counterweight for the tonearm was loose in the packaging and scratched the plinth a bunch. I cant find anything other than just a straight up return and theres not an option to select “damaged” when returning. All i can find is to call the sales department; but after an hour on hold, I think I am ready to give up on this and send it all back. Anyone have experience returning part of a set or returning damaged goods?  Cant seem to get any concrete answers anywhere.

I have six Sonos Play 1 speakers, with an Orbi router and one Orbi satellite. All speakers are wireless. Lately, I've had issues with some speakers (rooms) not being available depending on whether I'm looking at my PC, my iPhone, or my Ipad. It's not consistent from device to device. All are using the same wireless SSID. Sometimes the iPhone app indicates I'm on the wireless network, but it can't find the Sonos speakers on it. Sometimes 1 speaker shows up. Also, when I go into the web-based admin setup for the Orbi, the device lists indicates that all Sonos speakers are "wired" devices; they are not. Because I can't set IP addresses for each speaker, I'm relying to Sonos to do some magic with a combination of the speakers themselves and the app (on my phone or iPad which are inconsistent) and have become frustrated trying to troubleshoot where the problem is. I've not yet connected my Playbar for fear of becoming all the more frustrated with the process. I love the speakers

I have been Running a beam on my tv via HDMI ARC for about a year now with no problems. Today i bought 2 one sl's tot complement the beam. First i had problems tot connect them as stereo Pairs tot the beam. This was because i wired the beam with An ethernet cable to the router and my one sl's we're connected by wifi. I connected everything tot the wifi and the setup completed. But there is no sound comming from the speakers. I also set my wifi  to 2.4ghz

I originally wanted to ask why i’m not seeing any sonos clients on my unifi network when i have 7 speakers around the house with only one being hardwired.. a playbar. then i found this article:  https://support.sonos.com/s/article/3235?language=en_US My playbar is hardwired and everything else is not.  So now my question is more about efficiency and equipment life.  I have a strong wireless network and can serve all the speakers no problem entirely wirelessly.  considering how much i paid for these speakers am i better off pushing the access points more?  Or are these speakers expected to last the same amount of time as a quasi hardwired mesh? lastly, everything works great.  sounds great.  i love it.  every day.  i’m not really looking for trouble.  but i’d rather replace an access point down the road than a playbar.  Any thoughts?

I have a Sonos One and I am getting Alexa to talk to me but when it comes time to paying something from an App or from Spotify it says device is online.   I have disabled all the relevant skills and reenabled them but nothing plays.  Alexa talks to me and is responsive, tells me all about the app and the cost etc  but then nothing actually plays and she says device is offline.   I see it online when i play music from my Spotify app.  Its just not working with Alexa. Help please

Hey all,   I have basically the same set up as the guy in this post https://en.community.sonos.com/home-theater-228993/epson-2150-projector-chromecast-beam-6817676, only instead of a chromecast, I have a Amazon Fire stick. I have the same HMDI switch he has (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01K7BZ1XC/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1)   I’ve set up as follows. HDMI 1 in: Amazon Fire Stick, Output HDMI: Epson 2150, SPDIF: Beam connected through optical cable. For the HDMI switch itself, I have it set to Pass and Channel 1.   The problem is, when I go through the TV set up in the Sonos app, I get stuck at the Enable CEC step. When i test connection it eventually says “CEC no connected”. Has anyone run into this before? I’ve enabled the fire stick to send out the Dolby digital signal, but doesn’t’ seem to help.   Anyone got any ideas? I’m at a total loss. I appreciate any help you have!!   -Jon

Hi i have a connect amp is it gen1 or gen2?

Just to be clear I’m not asking about duplicate responses on Google speakers, or Android devices.   I have an open floor plan.  On one end I have a stereo pair of Ones (dining room).  And on the other end I have a Beam in a surround setup with a pair of Symfonisk (living room).   When I’m standing in the middle (kitchen) and use the Google Assistant both rooms respond.  (Beam in living room and a One in the dining room.)   Even if I walk up to the Beam and whisper, still both respond.   The devices are about 35 feet apart.I’ve experimented with grouping and ungrouping the speakers, and that doesn’t make any difference.What’s weird...is that upstairs I have a One in my master bedroom and a One in the master bathroom.  These are about five feet apart.  When I use Google Assistant there, only one will respond.   I’ve never had this problem and it doesn’t matter how the speakers are grouped or ungrouped.I’ve been using GA upstairs on my Ones for a long time.  Today I decided to add it down
