Hi, 

i have new sonos arc (replaced old sonos soundbar).

Im not able connect it throught HDMI ARC with LG60UH8507. 

Diagnostic number 1316800750, i have tried almost everything to solve it. Please help. Atmos was the reason for new sonos arc.

Do you have Simplink (CEC) turned on in your TV settings?

Have you tried unplugging your TV and Arc from power for about a minute and trying TV Setup again in the Sonos app?

As you have wrote, 1min untluggint tv and arc

 

after Test connection, i have sound from TV speaker like for 4-5 seconds, than sonos switch to Hdmi Arc

but with NO SOUND

 

Sonos app updated and diagnostic number 1203539998.

Have you tried a factory reset of your TV? Be sure to write down any video settings you have changed so you can reset them.

After factory reset, be sure you have the latest firmware on your TV. Then turn on Simplink and enable any HDMI ARC settings. Then try to setup your Arc again with only the Arc connected and nothing else.


I have tried TV factory reset + actual firmware, same result “tv speakers not connected”. In tv only hdmi cable + ethernet cable. Internalt Tv speaker works fine.
