I have numerous Sonos products which are excellent and support Alexa,  I have just purchased a Eufy wireless doorbell which works with Alexa.  As I can only access Alexa through my SONOS equipment, how can I link it to ring on my SONOS / Alexa when the doorbell is pressed.

Beginning this week, I can no longer play any podcasts from Pocket Casts. I have restarted the speakers, the router, updated everything to 12.2.1 (build 61183170) but whenever I try to play any podcast, I get the following: “An error occurred while adding tracks to the Queue (701).” (I’ve also attached a screen shot of the error.)Is it just me?

When I play a folder on my Sonos app, then next song in the list begins playing about 1-2 seconds before the current song is completed. Playing the same folder on a different media player to my ear buds works correctly and there is a short dely between songs. Len

Hi All, I have Sony Sony Bravia 49XD8305. Wanted to buy Arc soundbar, so wondering will this be compatible with my TV. I mean is it suitable? Thanks in Advance!

Hi so I have an existing Sonos system in my house but have now an annex in garden that is out of range for my existing WiFi.  I have installed a Cat 5 data cable to a new router in the annex from my existing router In the house.  How do I make Sonos 1s work on the new network in the annex. I just keep getting network not found.  It’s like I need two apps   1 for the garden and 1 for the annex   How do I get round this. help appreciated

I just received a Sonos 5. I used to have my turntable running into my gen 1 connect amp. It successfully streamed to all my other Sonos speakers in the house using the Sonos 1 app. Now that I have replaced the connect amp with the Sonos 5 and upgraded the system to the sonos 2 app I’m unable to stream the turntable to the other speakers unless I have the Sonos 5 plugged directly into the router. Any thoughts on this.

Hi all, has anyone received and fitted the official Arc wall mount bracket yet? I am interested to know if the bracket supports and cradles the Arc in any way, or if the full weight of the Arc is carried directly on the two mounting screws that hold the Arc to the bracket. The reason I ask is because I want to mount the Arc below our TV on arms attached to the cantilever TV wall bracket. The bracket is rated at a whopping 60Kg max and the TV is only 14Kg, so no issues with overall weight. Trying to establish if the full weight of the Arc can safely be supported just by the two locating points where the wall mount is designed to attach. Thanks

How much longer to wait, are there many others waiting too.  Does the Brexit broader controls having much to do with it from the EU side, slowing it down or not. Seemsa long time to wait

Both my amp (for built in speakers) and my playbar can be played individually from the s2 app. However they cannot be grouped together. I ran diagnostics and the associated number is 2060087850.

I have an album of wma songs on my phone. I can play the songs through my phone to Sonos if I go through the option to play music on 'this device'. However, I want to add the songs to a playlist, but every time I call up the 'add to a Sonos playlist' it doesn't do anything. It's like the option, in bold black like the rest of the options, is just a bunch of words and not a 'button'. I can select other options, just not the add to a Sonos playlist one. What's going on? What am I doing wrong?

Hi everyone, im new to the community :-) I have been given a sonos 1 by a family member....and it doesnt work! hee hee. I thought id ask if it can be fixed before i get rid of it. I use my Yamaha receiver to switch devices and if i use standby mode I can use the Arc through my TV for DVD’s.  Switched the receiver audio out to HDMI and not amp out.  If I power the amp there is no audio.  In standby/pass through there is audio.  Why?  And, can Arc process different audio scenes from the receiver (e.g Sports, Theater...)

Hi I have Sonos S1 on my iMac.Recently sold my PLAY5 gen 1, so I thought I would upgrade my system to S2 all others as S2 compatible. On phones, Ipad, and other devices all ok; but on the MacBook Pro the app store does not list the Sonos S2 App? And on the Sonos website it states it is only available through the app ?? ? ? So where is it ? ? ? thanks

I have connected the turntable to the Connect:Amp but can't seem to get this to work. I have two Sonos One’s connected to the Connect:Amp. Please could anyone help? Thanks

Is it possible to use the analog audio outputs on my Vizio TV connected to a Bluetooth transceiver to pair with my Sonos One speakers?

Jeg har en Connect amp. En zonebridge der er kablet og en play 1.. Jeg vil gerne skifte til et andet netværk en det vil ikke lykkes..Hvad gør jeg?

I have four Play 1s, working in stereo, in 2 rooms. I also have 80s vintage Onlyo TX-840 amp that powers a phono, a CD player, and two sets of hard wired speakers in 2 different rooms. I got a Port and have lined it into the Onkyo, and can now get Sonos content in all 4 rooms. But how do I line the stereo into the Port so I can listen to records and CDs in all four rooms? I get that I could line either the CD player or the phono into the port, but how do I do both? Do I need to get a splitter or something and run cables from the CD and Phono, to the splitter, to the Port and then into the Onkyo amp?

I have a play 5 that sometimes blink a white light once e them dies and sometimes don’t even shows any light when plugged in the power ( it was working fine before)

I am unable to view any purchased content from my Bandcamp account. I completed the authorisation and Bandcamp appears in Sonos but says 'no selection available' when I select any of the categories. I have submitted a diagnostic report - 1320941429

I have a split system - the old S1 is working fine but sonos 2 is not seeing either of my newer speakers. I have tried turning then on and off and resetting the router. I have submitted a diagnostics report. It is after hours. What is the next step to recover connection? Thanks

This morning my pair of Play1’s are unable to connect to live streams from SiriusXM. I’m able to stream to devices like my iPhone and computer. I’ve done all the recommended steps (ensured latest version of software, rebooted router, power cycled speakers, etc)  I can’t find any ‘current’ reported issues and the dashboard says SiriusXM is working.

D’avance merci

I mistyped Play instead of Port (it won’t let me edit the title).I currently have a Marantz M-CR610 receiver running 1 pair of room speakers and connected to a Niles SI-1230 amp that’s running to 6 other rooms. My plan was to swap out the Marantz with a Sonos Amp (which is on backorder still).  Then run a Port to the Niles amp.I can’t get the Port to get any sound to play out of the Niles amp, turned up all the volumes to max as well.  I connected the Port L/R audio out to the Niles L/R main bus input (line level inputs).I have each channel bridged on the Niles amp and tried also turning up the level limiter to max as well.I can connect the Port to the Marantz, connecting to the Audio 1 line in and it plays just fine setting the Marantz input source to Audio 1.What am I missing?

We are looking to add the Sonos Arc and Amp to our current HT setup. Below is a crudely drawn picture of what we have today and how we think it will be setup. Question: Does the Arc and Amp need to be connected by wire or wireless? Can I get TV sound with both the ARC/Amp? Would we need to connect the Sonos Connect, PS4, Android and Sat. receiver directly to the TV?Appreciate any help, we are newbies at this.

If I’m listening to music on Beam, but had speech enhancement and/or Night Sound turned ON the last time I was watching TV, do I have to use the Sonos app to switch from music to TV, then turn off speech enhancement, and then switch back to music?  Or, are speech enhancement and Night Sound automatically disabled when listening to music?
