In both the Android app and the Windows desktop app, when selecting the YouTube Music Service, it only lists ‘Playlists’ in the Menu. There is no ‘Songs’, ‘Albums’ ‘Artists’ etcHowever I can use the search facility which brings up some but not all of my YouTube Music content. I have a free YouTube Music account, however I’m sure these things were working properly last time I checked. Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve it?Many Thanks.

I currently have an arc and sub in my living room and recently added an amp to be independent and control my outdoor Klipsh speakers. I am wanting to be able to watch tv and have that audio on the arc and then stream music outside on the amp however when I stream music it kills the audio on the TV. Is this possible? I figured since the amp was separate It should be easy and not really be a second zone. The amp would be its own zone and the arc it’s on zone. I am wondering if it’s the way I set it up on the app. Any suggestions?

Hello, My Sonos play:5 device dissapeared overnight from my Sonos system. I also own a play:1 device which operates normally. I tried using an Ethernet cable and Play:5 has been brought back. However, with the Ethernet cable connected to the Play:5 I am unable to connect it to the Wifi as the error "Incorrect Password" keeps showing up. (System > Network > Wireless Setup > ‘chosing my home network verification fails with Password incorrect’)Just to note:I am definitely keying in the correct password. I never changed any settings on my router My router 802.11 mode is mixed 802.11b/g/nAlso tried:Changing my home network router password. Factory reset to my Play:5 as suggested in other topicsAny clues of what to do next?Thanks ​​​​​​​  

Can I connect the sonos generation 2 amp to my  LX303 Pioneer receiver ?

I have 3 Sonos connects s15. They are grouped and connected to my phone. I play music through the app. No sound through the speakers. Why?

I have a Sonos Move that I have been using with Aiplay 2 via my iMac for several months with no issues. Yesterday it stopped connecting or playing via Airplay. It shows up in the Airplay menu, with a checkmark, but no sound comes through the move. Other Airplay devices, Homepods, are working. I can connect via Bluetooth with my phone and that works fine. I have reset as new, updated firmware, reconnected to the WiFi network, but it still won’t play.

To be honest, despite my initial expectations, I’m pleasantly surprised by the programming on Sonos Radio. In many ways, this is a unique offering -- no small feat in the crowded streaming media world. The commercial breaks, though short, are frustrating. I’d be willing to pay for a commercial-free stream of Sonos Radio. Is that available or a potential offering for the future?  Thanks -- Robert

Arc will only play music. When I switch to hdmi arc it switches back to tv speakers 

I have numerous Sonos products which are excellent and support Alexa,  I have just purchased a Eufy wireless doorbell which works with Alexa.  As I can only access Alexa through my SONOS equipment, how can I link it to ring on my SONOS / Alexa when the doorbell is pressed.

Beginning this week, I can no longer play any podcasts from Pocket Casts. I have restarted the speakers, the router, updated everything to 12.2.1 (build 61183170) but whenever I try to play any podcast, I get the following: “An error occurred while adding tracks to the Queue (701).” (I’ve also attached a screen shot of the error.)Is it just me? 

When I play a folder on my Sonos app, then next song in the list begins playing about 1-2 seconds before the current song is completed. Playing the same folder on a different media player to my ear buds works correctly and there is a short dely between songs. Len

Hi so I have an existing Sonos system in my house but have now an annex in garden that is out of range for my existing WiFi.  I have installed a Cat 5 data cable to a new router in the annex from my existing router In the house.  How do I make Sonos 1s work on the new network in the annex. I just keep getting network not found.  It’s like I need two apps   1 for the garden and 1 for the annex   How do I get round this. help appreciated  

I just received a Sonos 5. I used to have my turntable running into my gen 1 connect amp. It successfully streamed to all my other Sonos speakers in the house using the Sonos 1 app. Now that I have replaced the connect amp with the Sonos 5 and upgraded the system to the sonos 2 app I’m unable to stream the turntable to the other speakers unless I have the Sonos 5 plugged directly into the router. Any thoughts on this.

Hi all, has anyone received and fitted the official Arc wall mount bracket yet? I am interested to know if the bracket supports and cradles the Arc in any way, or if the full weight of the Arc is carried directly on the two mounting screws that hold the Arc to the bracket. The reason I ask is because I want to mount the Arc below our TV on arms attached to the cantilever TV wall bracket. The bracket is rated at a whopping 60Kg max and the TV is only 14Kg, so no issues with overall weight. Trying to establish if the full weight of the Arc can safely be supported just by the two locating points where the wall mount is designed to attach. Both my amp (for built in speakers) and my playbar can be played individually from the s2 app. However they cannot be grouped together. I ran diagnostics and the associated number is 2060087850.

I have an album of wma songs on my phone. I can play the songs through my phone to Sonos if I go through the option to play music on 'this device'. However, I want to add the songs to a playlist, but every time I call up the 'add to a Sonos playlist' it doesn't do anything. It's like the option, in bold black like the rest of the options, is just a bunch of words and not a 'button'. I can select other options, just not the add to a Sonos playlist one. What's going on? What am I doing wrong? 

Hi everyone, im new to the community :-) I have been given a sonos 1 by a family member....and it doesnt work! hee hee. I thought id ask if it can be fixed before i get rid of it. I have tried to link it up to my wifi through the app (initial setup) but i havent got very far! Ive turned on the power and a white constant light is lit and when i try to search for  my network it just keeps searching and isnt connecting to anything or moving on from the little search ikon. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im a sonos virgin! Thanks in advance :-)

I use my Yamaha receiver to switch devices and if i use standby mode I can use the Arc through my TV for DVD’s.  Switched the receiver audio out to HDMI and not amp out.  If I power the amp there is no audio.  In standby/pass through there is audio.  Why?  And, can Arc process different audio scenes from the receiver (e.g Sports, Theater...)  

Hi I have Sonos S1 on my iMac.Recently sold my PLAY5 gen 1, so I thought I would upgrade my system to S2 all others as S2 compatible.On phones, Ipad, and other devices all ok; but on the MacBook Pro the app store does not list the Sonos S2 App? And on the Sonos website it states it is only available through the app ?? ? ? So where is it ? ? ? thanks
