Over the last couple of months I have been creating a playlist on the Sonos app, from my music library on my iphone, without any problems.Suddenly just after Christmas I could no longer find the playlist on my phone or my ipad, which are both running the new app.Today I updated the app on my windows 10 PC and the playlist was there, but still not on the ios devices.I added the playlist to Favourites on the PC app and it then appeared on my ipad app, but still not on the iphone app.Has anybody else had similar problems, or am I missing something?

When I obtained my Alexa-Enabled SONOS Move speaker in 2019 I set up a routine for Alexa to say a greeting, give the weather, and play NPR News.   It initially worked great. Then, after an upgrade by SONOS or Amazon, it played the “Audio actions in routines are currently not supported on this device” message, but then went ahead and performed the routine. Now following further upgrades the Move speaker only plays the “not supported” message and no routine. The routine plays just fine on my iPhone using the Alexa app so I presume the routine is good. Because I have so much Sonos hardware in my home I am running the S1 Sonos Controller on my devices. Does anybody have any suggestions or solutions to this little problem? Thanks much for any input!

Hi  - I have three sonos amps running several sets of in-wall speakers (no sonos speakers).Have the amps running on my whole home wifi network but i have several ‘dead spots’ in the house where i can’t reach sonos from my iPhone. Can can i do?  thanks 

Is it true that subscribing to Tidal’s more expensive stream is a waste of money because my Sonos Port at S2 cannot handle 24 bit or MQA streams? thanks

Hi. I'd like to get a Sonos Arc. I currently have my LG TV connected to my Denon avr. I have my Sky, BTtv and XBox all connected to my Denon. This enables me to get Dolby Atmos through speakers attached to my Denon. If I get a Sonos Arc can I go from my current setup on my Denon into the Sonos Arc then out into my LG (or some similar setup) and get Atmos through the Sonos AND Denon avr and speakers at the same time? Don't know why but just think I'd like to keep my speakers as they are whilst also having the Sonos Arc. Am I being daft thinking like this? Cheers in advance. 

I have a Play:1 and Play:5 (Gen 1). I’m thinking of getting a Sonos Beam and wanted to understand if the Beam would group to the Play:1 and Play:5 (Gen 1)? I can’t think to find confirmation of this functionality on the Sonos site. 

When I try to access My Music via Apple Music, I get the following error message: Unable to play “song title” - the connection to Apple Music was lost.  I have spent hours trying to troubleshoot this. Can anyone help? 

I have a connect amp in my 2nd floor bedroom that runs from the floor outside into the outside of our house to house 2 Sonance speakers for our pool area.I was looking at wireless (Bluetooth) enabled subwoofers like the OSD outdoor Bluetooth subs since I do not want to hire someone to run speaker wire again from my bedroom to the outside.Can a non-Sonos outdoor Bluetooth sub be connected to my existing Sonos system?Thanks!

Hi,Anyone know if sonos are planning to add the feature of adding a second sub to the same room?I know that it's possible to add the second sub to another room and group play.But then i lose my sourround setup.The ability to use two subs in one room would be a great feature. The use of two subwoofers in one room has been a trend in high end home audio for the past few years.Sonos, please add this feature - I am ready to add a two sub system right now !

Hi. I’ve set up my Sonos beam and 2 x Sonos ones in my lounge and connected up as surround sound to my TV. I’ve synced Spotify and everything was working great. If I asked Alexa to play Spotify the TV audio would turn off and Spotify would play. Unfortunately I’ve changed something and now Alexa won’t play Spotify. I have to go into Spotify and select the room I want it to play. Any suggestions? oh and happy new year!!!!! 

I have a Sonos amp hardwired to two inside speakers. If I add a second amp to control two hardwired outside speakers will the app allow streaming the same music at the same time on both amps?

Just this morning on my new laptop I downloaded the Windows desktop app. This seems to have caused an issue with my system that was working ‘fine’ with the S1 app. Now 4 out of 5 of my rooms are showing Incompatible as an issue. I then try and update and I get Error code 9. I do not want to remove 4 rooms and reinstall - mainly because it is a major faff - especially setting up Alexa again. Any advice would be welcomed.

Hi.My soundbar sometimes start a radiostation randomly in the morning on different times and different volumes. I can't turn it of I my app, have to go to the soundbar and turn it off by the button on the soundbar..Anyone experience this problem?Best regards!

Has anyone else been able to resolve the issue with Alexa acknowledging a song request and saying “playing” on Spotify, but then just not playing.Also recent issues with Spotify just not working or dropping out (direct instructions from App, not Alexa).   Attempts to resolve by disabling and enabling Alexa and Spotify not sorted issues. Any thoughts appreciated!

Hi! - I have a Sonos system (2 Play 1’s as surrounds, Playbar) and also a Connect which I use to link my turntable to the system. Since the Connect is a legacy item, I’ve looked to shield from S2 updates. However, it is getting more and more difficult to avoid e.g. today both Play 1’s went ‘missing’ and the app tells me I have to update to S2 to sort it out.So, 2 questions:Is there any way I can ‘find’ those missing speakers whilst continuing to use S1, or If I have to bite the bullet, what is the best upgrade option to replace my Connect... Port? Amp?Any help, much appreciated - thanks

Hi, new to the forum, hope that someone can help me with a problem I have with a Move speaker.I have had the Move speaker for around a week.  After initially setting it up, it worked perfectly, until it was left for an hour or so and went into hibernation.  From then on, the speaker will not connect to the app via wifi unless I carry out a factory reset.  Bluetooth works all the time without any problems.I have now had to factory reset the Move on numerous occasions to be able to connect to it via wifi.I am connecting from an iphone x to an Asus 90IG01Z0-BU2000 Wireless Gigabit Router.  both the Move and the iphone are definitely on the same wifi connection and I have several other devices running from the wifi that never have any issues.  The Move has been updated to the latest firmware and the app gets stuck at the “Searching for nearby products, make sure they’re powered on” stage.  There are no other routers running in the house, no mesh or boosters and the speaker is sat 5 feet fr

I’m experiencing an audio delay on my Sonos Arc whenever I use native apps like Youtube and Netflix through my LG C9 TV. All the settings I’ve found deal with delaying the audio further, but none let you do the reverse (i.e. delay the video signal or pull the audio signal forward). It’s a delay of somewhere between 100 - 200ms using this a/v sync test video, and it’s just about noticeable to be infuriating: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TjAa0wOe5k4 This delay seems much shorter when I watch the video through my Shield device, but I’d like to stick to the native LG apps because of better Atmos support.  Any thoughts on why this might be happening and how to fix? I’ve looked at a couple of posts here and here but I don’t see a negative value for the audio delay on my TV sound settings. Here are my current settings: C9 sound settings: Sound out set to HDMI ARC; Digital sound out set to Passthrough; e-ARC on; AV sync adjustment set to Off Arc: TV dialog delay set to zero.

As long as I am reading the press release correctly 24 bit files can only played locally, correct?  Does anyone know when further bit rates will be incorporated? I would like to get the most out of Qobuz and Amazon Music HD.  Thank you!

Hi Yesterday I bought a Sonos Port so I could be using my streamingservices Apple Music and Tidal on my own stereo.Unfortunately I have an issue using Apple Music, as none of the artist in my own library are shown with pictures but only the dull round white icon with a red microphone inside.I do know that the artists can be shown with pictures, because if I do a search for an artist f.ex. James Taylor I can see the artist correctly in Apple Music but without pictures in my own library inside Apple Music.What can I do to fix the issue?Thanks in advance. Kind regardsFlemming Andreassen

Can you have a Sonos Arc work with 2 sonos Amps as a single room within the sonos App?I’ve read that you can do a 4.1 setup with just two sonos Amps but what about having a sonos Arc with 2 Amps?If I have the appropriate full audio stream feeding into the Sonos Arc from the source device would this setup deliver dolby atmos?One Sonos amp would power two sonance in wall front surround speakers with the sub output being active.  Then a second Amp would power two sonance in ceiling rear speakers as surround speakers (sub output disabled).With the output from the source device plugging directly into the Sonos Arc and the 2 amps communicating wirelessly to the arc in the same room.

Guys….I need some direction here.I’ve got a new network setup so I’m trying to reset my playbar. It has the RJ45 connection and I have tried to do the reset but what I see as examples on how to reset the playbar on Google doesn’t have the same pic as on my playbar. They, whoever they is, say to hold down the play/pause button but my playbar doesn’t have a play/pause button...only the mute button (speaker with a /(slash) thru it. I’ve tried to do a reset holding down that bottom also but no luck.If my new Arc didn’t have such a long delivery time, I’d just move this setup somewhere else and tackle it another day but….. HELP!
