Is it possible to use the analog audio outputs on my Vizio TV connected to a Bluetooth transceiver to pair with my Sonos One speakers?

No, as the Sonos One’s don’t have Bluetooth, you would need (ideally) a Sonos HT product to output to Sonos in a timely manner, in sync with the picture on screen. So any of the following products ‘may’ work with your Sonos One’s/TV as long as the TV has an optical port or HDMI-ARC port:

  • Playbar
  • Playbase
  • Beam
  • Sonos Amp
  • Arc

Mod Edit: Changed Play:1 to Sonos One

And on the other side of the equation, the only Sonos speaker that can accept a Bluetooth signal is the Sonos Move, which while in Bluetooth mode, is a mono speaker, and can’t be set up as stereo.

If you want to connect a TV-capable Sonos device (ie not a One) to your TV, please share the model # and we will determine what options are available.
