Missing Spotify albums on Sonos. For example, Spotify album Guy by Steve Earle does not show up browsing albums by Steve Earle or searching for Guy in Albums. I have had this problem with other artists, albums, songs which are available on Spotify, but don’t show up on Sonos. Yes, I can play them straight from Spotify on my Sonos speakers. But everytime I can’t find an album on Sonos I shouldn’t have to go doublecheck via Spotify. Thanks–

Hi, I am using Sonos OS S1. I recently took a free 3 month Amazon Music Unlimited subscription, however it does not appear as an option in my Sonos Amazon Music menu. I do see the following under the Amazon Music option:PlaylistsStationsChartsRecommendedNewMy MusicI have removed and re-added Amazon Music as a service in Sonos multiple times and re-authorised Sonos to use my Amazon account multiple times. I have also re-stalled the Sonos S1 software a couple of times, all to no avail. I am located in England and my profile settings reflect this. Can anyone help please? Luckily I am at the free stage of the subscription at the moment, however it is of little use if I cannot play the music through my Sonos speakers.Thanks for you help.

I have a wifi extender for the garden. All my sonos products are on the main wifi. However when my phone switches onto the extender wifi, I can no longer access the Sonos network in the App. The extender is TP-link (same as router) and is on the one-mesh setting with same name and password. 1st world problem I know! But annoying!

Is there a way to remove Sonos Radio from the menus in the mobile and/or desktop apps?   It’s rather in the way, and since we already have Spotify, Amazon, Tunein, I really don’t need to add another service. Since it’s confusing for people to see it, and then be presented with a login box (why!?), I’d rather just hide the icon. Is there a way? If not, why not?

It’s my first time purchasing anything from Sonos and I thought it would be best to order directly from their website, but I failed to check what delivery courrier they use in Toronto, Canada. My package was set to arrive yesterday. However, upon email notification from Purolator that my package had been delivered to my door, I sent my roommate a text to retrieve it but nothing was there. I understand that this quarantine is a trying time on delivery drivers but the doorbell was not wrung nor was there a knock at the door (I live in a not-so-safe neighborhood in the city, so I have a feeling my package was stolen from my doorstep).   I think I need to file a claim with Purolator, but I also read on the Sonos website that I technically assume responsibility if a package was stolen/lost. If anyone has had previous experience with a Sonos package being stolen, what course of action do you typically take? and what should I do given my situation? I am  unable to just purchase another speake

I’ve seen a few similar questions on here but no clear answers. How moisture resistant is the Sonos move? Can it be used in the bathroom while taking a hot shower without sustaining any damage? The fan in our bathroom is broken so there’s a lot of steam/condensation

Hi,I bought a Sonos Beam soundbar for my TV and am happy with it.  But I also want to add the soundbar to my Google Home Speaker Group.  I have seen threads on this support group saying this is not possible and I certainly have not been able to do it.  I just wonder that since the threads are the best part of a year old, has there been any progress in fixing this problem?  Without this being resolved I will not be purchasing any Sonos add-ons.  My Bang and Olufsen speakers are part of my Google Home Speaker Group.Thanks. G St

Hello, I've recently purchased a Sonos Beam, Sony X900H and an Xbox Series X.The X900H has the eArc update. I am connected via hdmi in the eArc port. eArc is set to auto in settings.Sound on the TV apps work well. However, on the series x, there is a significant audio delay. I have changed to optical (re-syncing my remote etc.) and the delay was worse. Now I'm back to hdmi eArc, and wondering what my options are. I have tried:-changing a/v sync options - auto, on, off-eArc mode offI have tried swapping to PCM which seems to help. I'm not exactly sure what that is so any insight would be appreciated. The only thing I can tell is the sound seems a bit more hollow on PCM mode.Thanks for your help. 

Hi folks. To set the context:- moved into new home. Existing sub reset to factory.- new home installed 3 amps each running 2 stereo for different zones (2 are sonance 1 jensen) with an arc.- running amps hardwired and sonos arc is wireless. 1. My soundbar is not able to set 1 amp and 1 bass for a dedicated home theatre setup. I've tried numerous variations from resetting each device and reconnecting to no avail. Has anyone experience an issue whereby the soundbar needs to be hardwired and so does amp and sub? Or should I be able to have a home theatre setup on 1 zone with the arc wired, surrounds via amp wired, and wireless sub? Or is it possible to have wireless sonos arc, wired rear amp surrounds, and wireless sub.Thanks Sunny 

Today I started hearing a crackling noise when I start playing music on my Play 5. (Sound observed when you start playing and stops a few seconds after hitting pause or stop. Sound also observed with Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Spotify). I unplugged the device which solved the issue for less than two minutes. I also reset the EQ which only fixed the crackling for a minute or two. Have had the Play 5 since 12/15/2020. First time noticing an issue. Suggestions are appreciated!

Hi, I’m trying to get over 2 issues of the lack of AP2 on my existing system.I have the following setup:room 1 - 1 x Play:1room 2 - 1 x Play:1room 3 - 2 x Play:1 (stereo)room 4 - 1 x Connect1) i’m thinking of buying one more (I really didn’t want to have to do this!) Speaker - Sonos 1SL, adding this to the system and grouping this to all the non AP products.Will this allow me to play music from IOS devices? I believe so….but if one device is playing via AP in room 1, will this allow another person to stream via a NAS for instance in room 2?2) will adding this AP device to my system allow you to stream BBC sounds from an IOS device? - due to The BBC falling out with Tunein! thanks for any advice in advance

Ive got a Sonos Beam connected to a Sony TV. I’ve now added 2 x Sonos One SL speakers. My Beam is added to the room name ‘living room’ & i’ve also added both of the One SL speakers to the same ‘room’. However i’ve now received an email from Sonos whch is suggesting that i should have added one of the One SL speakers to a different ‘room’ in order to stereo pair them?? If this is correct how can i disconnect one of the speakers to add it to a different room without removing all surrounds. Thanks

Our main room has an Arc/One’s/Sub where we watch on an LG Nano tv through Apple TV 4K.  While watching Hulu (Killing Eve), the app shows Stereo PCM 2.0.  I just picked up a new TV for the bedroom, LG UN73,  where we have a Beam/One’s set up.  The new TV in the bedroom plays the same show in Dolby Digital 5.1.  Both TV’s are set to Auto, the main TV is set to Passthrough from ATV, and I have switched the Apple TV back and forth from allowing Atmos and forcing DD 5.1.  Right now, I can only see the difference being the Apple TV app, vs the LG app in the bedroom.  I am hoping someone can help me accomplish DD 5.1 out of the Arc.

HiI have some really annoying issues with my Sonos ARC.I’ll try to describe it as thorough as possible. I have a Samsung 2016 UE55KS8005, non e-ARC tv. audio settings on the tv is set to PCM. When playing anything from my Apple TV 4K, there is no sound at all. I also tried changing audio format on the ATV to all available formats, 5.1 and stereo but no difference.When just using the built in apps in the tv and with Apple TV disconnected there is sound coming through my Sonos ARC and it works as expected.A workaround is when playing something on the Apple TV, is to disconnect Sonos arc from hdmi and reconnecting it again, then it works, but just until what you currently is watching, when you play something else, then it’s all quiet again.Even if it works with the ATV disconnected, I still think it’s the tv not being able to process the audio in some way.Apple TV is running 14.3, but also tried 14.4 beta but same result.diagnostic 752118694.I really would like my arc to work, thanks for

My understanding is that the Move individually is mono unless you buy 2 and create a stereo pair. By mono does it mean that both channels are combined into one speaker? In other words will a mono speaker contain all the musical information that a stereo pair would have (i.e. vocals, instrumentals, etc.) in one speaker. Sorry if this question is confusing. Also, I read that the Moves Bluetooth's version/format could be a problem with Android Devices but not IOS Devices. If this is true could someone please clarify this. Also, does trueplay work when the Move is in Bluetooth mode? Thanks in advance for any and all help!

Dear All,Has anyone figured out how to add Sonos Arc to HomeKit? I believe Sonos speakers are supposed to be compatible, so I’m rather surprised that my Arc is not showing up when I’m trying to add it to HomeKit... Thank you,Daniel

Confised amd disappointed    Im 99% sure sonos under s1 woukd play 24/48 flac so what exciting things have arrived other rhan some room configuration? 

Until 2 days ago I did not experience this problem. When I ask Google Assistant to play something on Spotify I first get a conformation it will play it. Followed directly by a message that it cannot play because my Spotify Premium account is not configured correctly. It’s not ‘same same’ in the Sonos app as it in in Assistant according to the error message.The thing is… it is as far as I know. On Sonos we have 4 accounts (mine, wife, kids), the last one used is mine. And on Assistant it is mine.I’ve disconnected and reconnected Assistant, Spotify on the Assistant and Spotify on Sonos. But I keep getting this message.I can still voice control the playlist I put on manually with the app. It will pause and resume the music for example.I saw an older topic also mention this, but that it just ‘fixed itself’.

Hey Community! I have had a beam and 2 bookshelf symfonsiks hooked up for surround sound in my living room and recently acquired a one sl for my kitchen in my apartment. I assumed I’d be able to balance out trueplay between all speaker but it appears the sonos software forces me to have two seperate groups. Group 1: beam and 2 bookshelf symfonsiks and then Group 2: the One SL. Is there a way to have all the speakers be apart of one group such that sound can be balance between all four speakers?

Hello, I am very new to the Sonus system, having just bought my first Sonus products, a Sonus Arc and a pair of Sonus One SL as surrounds barely a week ago. The setup which I had expected to be straight forward and easy wasn’t so, as the surrounds weren’t connected at first and took me a few tries. And when I accidentally turn off one of the power switch to one of the surrounds, that Sonus One SL speaker was “lost” and not shown in the Sonus app after I turn it back on. It is like several minutes later before it appears.  So far, other than the initial hiccups, the system is working great, at least most of the time, although I experience sound cut-off when playing movies from AppleTV. But that will be for another topic.  I am thus wondering what exactly will happen if I turn off the power to all my Sonus device at the same time? And when I turn it back on, will the system finds itself and preserve it’s settings? Or I have to find to re-setup everything? And how long does the system tak
