Hi - I would like to use the Sonos Ones/SLs as front speakers (so voice/commentary comes from there) and the Beam is positioned behind me in my setup. Currently, the Ones/SLs seem to have the rear audio coming out instead with the Beam outputting the front sound. Is this possible to reverse this with the app? If not, can this be a feature added to the app?

I successfully listen to Libby library audio books through Sonos.  Thank you.  When I stop, then start the book later, it starts at the beginning.   I tried syncing again and setting Libby bookmarks.   How to start a book where previously stopped through Sonos?

Does anyone know how I can get background nature sounds to play while doing guided meditation while using the Calm App on Sonos?  I can get background sounds to play while meditating when just using the app, but not when I’m listening on Sonos.  Any suggestions? 

My Sonos Connect amps - I have 2 -  won’t power on. Is there a hard reset somewhere or something that could have burned out and needs to be replaced?  One is about a year old, the other 3.It’s eerily quiet these days!Thanks for the help and suggestions.

Will I suffer some signal loss to my Sonos ARC by using optical instead of the required HDMI 2.1 cable from my Sony X950H? 

I have bought a new Sonos Beam to act as a sound bar for my TV  but need the Sonos app to set it up. B But I already have Sonos1 products (2x Connect:Amp) on my network (and want to keep them). This means apparently that I need to split Sonos1 and Sonos products, fine by me. But the instructions tell me that I first have to remove the S1 products from the S1 app. This page: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4829?language=en_US tells me that I have use the S1 app on my phone (android) and go Settings/System/System Tools then tap on “Remove products”. However there is no remove products options in this menu. The S1 app is up to date. Anyone have any ideas?

I have an Amp powering four KEF Ventura 6 speakers on my patio. All four speakers face outward away from the house covering a pool area and a patio.  The back of the house is about half a mile from a highway and I sometimes hear more road noise than I like so I run the speakers a lillte loud to drown out the road noise.Can I place a Move opposite the KEFs (facing the house) and group them together to create a more “immersive” sound so I could run the KEFs at a lower volume? Will there be a lag?

Trying to setup Arc hdmi connection to tv via hdmi arc port (used in previous non-Sonos system) failing so is connection test. 

What is the best way to connect a Sonos Arc with the Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB Turntable?  I have no third party speakers.  I’d prefer not to buy a Sonos 5 at this time as I’d rather use my Arc exclusively.  Do I need to buy a Sonos Port to make this happen?  Is there anything I’m not considering?

I've just got a sonos move.  All was great until I tried to use voice assistant during playback, you know to change the volume etc!   Voice works fine until music is playing and then the sonos just doesn't pick up the prompt (alexa, or hey google).  Its the same if I'm using Alexa or Google VA and also however music is being played, e.g. Spotify or tunein etc.   Pause the music and it works fine again.

Dear all, i have Sonos arc, sub and two Sonos one.when I watch content Dolby atmos on Netflix , the sound cut time to time for less than a second. i have a LG OLED tv and the sound setting it’s bistream and digital sound out : pass through. anyone got this issue or know how to solve the problem? thank you 

My Sonos One has suddenly started requesting a password for AirPlay. I also have a Symphonisk on the same network which is working fine (not requesting a password). Previously for several months both have been working fine, including airplay with no password. Recently I bought a HomePod mini which is on the same network - that’s the only recent change I know of. Now I can airplay to the Symphonisk or the HomePod mini but when I try to airplay to the Sonos One, from any of our Apple devices (all of which previously worked fine), it requests a password.To summarise: Symphonisk, HomePod mini, Sonos One on the network. Several iPhones in use across the family. Everything works fine except when any iPhone tries to airplay to the Sonos One, it needs a password.What do I do?

Alexa volume is too loud and does not respond to normal volume control. Even if music is is at its lowest level, Alexa still sounds like it is at 10. This is bizarre. Can't use this device with other people are resting or sleeping anywhere in our small house.  When will this be fixed?

Because I read in the documentation:Your speaker’s power rating should be at least 75W for 8 Ohm speakers, and at least 150W for 4 Ohm speakers. Do not connect speakers rated at less than 4 Ohms. Are these speakers to “small” to be used with the Connect:Amp? And if yes: can they be connected with the newer Amp?

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone can test this tv show and let me know if their sub buzzes/rattles during a specific scene. In Westworld Season 3 Episode 1 about 23 minutes in is a scene where Bernard is diagnosing himself. There is a really low frequency being played during this scene that causes my sub to make an awful buzz/rattle noise. I’m wondering if it’s just my sub or if it happens for everyone. I tried checking and there doesn’t appear to be anything loose inside the sub and other content sounds fine as far as I can tell. I’ve reset the EQ and turned off true play and it still rattles during this scene. The volume is only set to about 15% or so. I tried talking with chat support and sent them video proof of the problem and also sent in diagnostics.  They said the diagnostic shows nothing wrong and told me to post here for help(which I find very unhelpful by the way).    Thanks in advance!

Hello, so I have the following equipment and would like to link it all up and get it all working with Sonos.  I currently have a turntable with preamp connected to a Sonos 5. I also have 3rd party in-ceiling speakers built into 3 rooms in my house. These all have their own volume controls per room. There is a single RCA wall plate to connect to all the ceiling speakers. (I have only just moved into the house so I don’t know if they require an amp yet or it could be hidden away somewhere?)How can I connect my turntable to the Sonos 5 and the ceiling speakers (or potentially amp for the ceiling speakers? And also have the ability to stream music (using the Sonos app) to the Sonos 5 and in-ceiling speakers?

I’m a bit confused, as I now have the new Amp I so thinking I could add it to HomeKit but it can’t find any sonos devices, what am I doing wrong.Frankly I would have thought sonos would have addressed this in S2 and added the code to scan.While I’m here which isn’t know often, what happened to Ryan S, I can see the normal gang are here which is great - sorry guys just don’t get the time to be on here but miss you all 

I have recently purchased a Sonos Arc and a new TV to go with it, the LG nanocell 91 with eArc. This all works fine and I get Dolby Atmos and 5.1 coming through the Arc from appropriate sources and it all sounds great. So far so happy!The problem is that around one time in 4 or 5 the Arc does not seem to be detected and the TV defaults to its internal speakers, there does not seem to be any consistency or pattern to when or why this happens at all. I am using the HDMI cable that came with the Arc and have tried a different high quality cable as well which makes no difference, I have also tried adjusting all potentially possible settings on the LG TV as well.Has any one else experienced this or even better found a way to fix it?Many thanks in advance!!

When streaming Sirius Channel 710, The Loft, the song title has stopped updating. This has been going on over a week. I have tried deleting and reinstalling Sirius. Sometimes it updates for a minute but then stops. 

I have a Sonos sub and it’s connected to the TV output. Playbar and 2 x play 1’s. I have a pair of play 3,s that I normally use to play my music on. Is there anyway to pair the sub to the play 3’s temporarily. Like a preset then allows them to go back to the TV once I decide. It’s just a lot of effort to unpair and add to the play 3’s and then add to the TV again. 

Hi All, I recently purchased a Sonos Arc and have set it up with my 2 play 1 speakers as surrounds. My setup is as follows:- Sonos Arc- 2 x Sonos Play 1’s- LG C9 TV- AppleTV 4KI have set my TV settings to use HDMI pass through and eArc and Bitstream.I have purchased a new HDMI 2.1 certified cable (2m in length).when I listen to a Dolby ATMOS source the voice channel moves between the surrounds and the arc randomly! Almost as if it’s changing from ATMOS to stereo randomly every few seconds. It sounds terrible!This seems to be related to the Sonos Arc compatibility with the AppleTV? I don’t have this issue when I use Netflix on the WebOS on the LG C9 TV?What is going on? This isn’t what I paid $800 for a sound bar to experience?

I am eligible to upgrade products my Pay:1 and Play:5 (Gen 1).If I did this are old ones still usable and able to group with the new products?I understand they won’t be eligible for a further discount but am just concerned getting use from the speakers and making sure they function.  

I purchased a new Sonos move and one online for Christmas. They arrived after New Years- no issue.  However it will play but it won’t charge. It says 0% charge all the time but in the charger it will turn on and play.  Do I need to send it back?

I apologise but this is a bit if a rant. For months and months we have been getting a persistent error with Alexa saying Spotify device off line when ever you try and use a voice command. You can manually play it to the Sonos 1 via Spotify but the voice command simply does not work. I should say this used to work correctly with issue what so ever. We have tried everything from every forum. Complete reset upNaming conventionsVoice actions ensuring Spotify is online in the app  You name it we have tried it, to me Alexa has con backwards . you wont get any help or support from Amazon and to me the product is now not fit for purpose. The rest of my extensive sonos speakers work perfectly. Please please please get this fixed
