I have an issue with my Move 2 when listening to audio from my Apple TV 4K. The issue is a loud pop or click sound that occurs randomly and inconsistently. I was originally told by Sonos technical support to restart my Move 2 which helps for awhile. This issue is getting worse requiring more Move 2 restarts. I was later told by Sonos Technical support that playing audio from Apple TV is not supported on Move 2. Is this indeed the case?
Overall, I'm happy with this portable speaker. It's mainly kept in my bedroom, though I also take it to the kitchen or to another room when I'm working. It's also come with me to several parties, where we've enjoyed it until the battery ran out, which, as you can imagine, is nowhere near the advertised 24 hours. However, I have to say it performed admirably. At maximum volume almost constantly, it died after 7 hours. It's true that I had TruePlay enabled; perhaps without it, it would have lasted a bit longer. With occasional daily use, it lasts more than a week. It's much better with the "battery saver" setting enabled; this way, it only activates when you press the power button. Otherwise, many times when I used the Sonos app with the Arc in the living room, the speaker would turn on and stay on. Although some people might prefer this behavior, or others might keep it plugged into the charger all the time. I usually keep mine unplugged. From the first time I used it, I was pleasantly su
Is my SONOS ROAM dead if I have a steady red light at the bottom of the product when plugged for charging? Light goes away when I disconnect the power cord. I have tried a reset but it doesn’t help
Received my Sonos move 2 yesterday. It does not charge when sitting in the base. It does charge when I plug in a C charger plug. I made sure the two prongs on the base are making contact with the speaker, and it still does not charge. Has anybody else out there had issues with the charging base?
i get steady rec light on roam when plugged in. it does not respond to any buttons for reset or power off. When off charger get no light and definitely doesn’t respond. it’s failed off my system toi
Every other time there’s an update to the app, my Roam won’t create a stereo pair. I’ve had them for a a long time and used them a lot as a stereo pair. For whatever reason when I have to update the app, they won’t work until there’s another update to the app. Then, they work again until there’s another update to the app. It’s really frustrating because I use them all the time. Multiple times I’ve tried factory resets on both speakers, deleted the app from my phone and created a new system. My 2 Roam just won’t create a stereo pair right now. Hopefully it will get fixed again with the next app update.
Har andre oplevet af deres Sonos Roam pludseligt ikke vil tænde, trods den oplader som den skal?
There's no more EQ option in the app where we can control loudness , bass and treble. Is it after update of app?
Moderator Edit: Translation by Google Translate- Hi, I have a Sonos Roam. It hasn't turned on for a week. I charge it and the orange light comes on solid, but if I unplug it from the power outlet, it turns off. Whether it's plugged into the charger or not, the speaker won't turn on. What can I do?
I’ve been charging my Sonos move with a USB and the main charger it came with for 5 hours each and it does not switch on regardless of what I do. Whilst it is charging, the battery symbol at the front constantly flashes. I’ve tried to hold the power button but the light at the top just flashes white and switches off again. Really wondering what’s happened and would love some help, feel like I’ve tried everything..
QUESTION 1: Why doesn’t MOVE 2 have TV Dialog Adjustment like other speakers? I sent my son off to college with a MOVE 2. He thinks Sonos clunky. I’m trying to show him it’s user friendly. His TV has Bluetooth connectivity so he connected the MOVE 2 to it. But, TV sound is delayed. He says- dad, I told you. Sonos isn’t user friendly. No, he doesn’t want a big soundbar or subwoofer for his room. He wants his MOVE 2 to work. QUESTION 2: why doesn’t MOVE 2 have a battery management and bypass feature to avoid wrecking the battery if it’s plugged in 99% of the time?
I have 2 x Generation 1 Sonos Roams. One white and one black.I changed my WiFi Router a month ago and had to reconnect all my Sonos kit.For some reason I have never been able to reconnect the Black Roam to my WiFi. The White Roam works fine.I noticed that the "Find Missing Speakers" tool has disappeared from the App, and when I used "Add New Speakers" feature it doesn't find my Black Roam.I can still use it as a Bluetooth speaker and I can transfer music across from any home speaker to the black Roam as per the switch feature. I suspect my black Roam is missing an essential update because I know in past the Speakers have gone missing when they aren't updated. However since I have a new Router I am unable to update the Roam speaker. Help?
I plug the roam device in and a orange light turns on then after a few seconds it turns off cant seem to set the device up either
I have a country home, where I travel to every month. I recently bought a Move 2 and want to switch the wifi networks between those 2 places continously without forgetting / having to reconfigure the other. Is that possible?
I have an Audio-Technica At-LP60X-GM turntable connected to a Move 2 via a line-in adapter. My system includes an Arc, Sub, 2 Ones, and a Move 2. Are there any reasonably priced solutions to listen through my Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones?
Are the batterys replacable by user?
Not the ultimate solution but have paired an original Roam to my new tv in the bedroom with Bluetooth functionality, cannot see any problems currently regarding dialogue lag that many people talk of - am I just lucky or looking for an issue that may not even exist?
If I buy a Bluetooth device like the Sonos roam. Can I then group it with all my Sonos speakers and use Bluetooth through the Roam itself to play on all the devices? Will that work?
How to connect Bluetooth with no Wi-Fi is that if you hit a button wrong then you have to go back to Wi-Fi to reconnect

Does any one know of a compatible EU USB-C wall adapter for the move 2 charging dock? i bought a move 2 in the USA last week and took it home to Germany and unfortunately none of my adapters are working with it (lights blinking red). I contacted Sonos sales and they said they don’t sell them and linked me buy an entire new base for 80 euros. Which is insane to me. I Was very disappointed with their customer care. so can somebody tell me what wall plug I could buy that would be compatible with the charging dock? I’ve already tried apples with no luck.
My speaker will no longer charge and turn on
I have an indoor arc/sub for our entertainment system. I’m getting an outdoor projector for outdoor movies and would like to use Sonos speakers that connect indoors as well. What’s the best set up for outdoor speakers that connect indoors but can also be used with an outdoor projector? The outdoor projector will be portable so no it can be used in different locations in the yard.
I ve tried multiple times but can’t connect my move 2 speaker via Bluetooth.
