Roam won't charge and nothing happens after I hold the power button down for 20+ seconds. But when plugged in, the red light is on. The battery is not chaging when plugged in. What do I do?

The battery has failed. Batteries are not easily replaceable. If you are into DIY (Do It Yourself) repair, there are helpful YouTube videos.
