Roam 2

I have two roam two speakers and want to daisy them together to play off my phone or laptop.

Went through and got them on the app and connected to my wifi. The speakers don't show in my app and can't find them (added through add speaker/ device button)

Any help would be appreciated.

Not really enough information to be certain, I’d likely start with a network refresh, by powering off both Roams completely, then rebooting the router. Give the router a couple of minutes to come back up, then power back on your Roams. After another two minutes to boot up and connect, they do show up in your controller, I’d check them for updates and apply them. Then, after that, I’d test.

If that didn’t work, I’d call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

If you want further assistance from this forum, we’ll need a bunch more detail, like which OS is running in your laptop and your phone, what kind of network you’re running, which controller you’re running and where, how you’re connecting to these Roams, and probably more, so we can build a mental construct of your system and try to figure out why it isn’t working properly.

For phone and laptop it's android operating systems.

As for network it's regular high speed fiber internet and for the controller I would assume that would mean the sonos app.

I'm not sure what other in depth details you would need.

Thanks for the help I'll give that a try.
