Can't reconnect Sonos Roam after changing WIFI Services

Can someone help me reconnect my Roam? After switching internet provides, I haven’t been able to connect my speaker to Spotify. I have restarted and deleted the app. I have turned off the speaker, unselected it from bluetooth. I have restarted and restarted until I am now on this community asking for help.

I’m sorry to hear about this issue you have had with connecting your Sonos Roam to your new router.

Please follow the instructions on our Connect Sonos to a new router or WiFi network help page.

If your Roam is your only Sonos product and things do not go as well as the page suggests, do not factory reset your Roam without talking to our support team first - doing so will erase all your favourites and playlists created within the Sonos app.
