HiI have a Sonos Beam Gen2, it is connec using HDMI ARC to my Samsung 65”. It has been working perfect for 1 year.The last month it suddently stop playing sound from the Samsung TV. The LED on the Sonos turns red.When i restart both Sonos and TV it can play again but often stops after 15-20 minutes again.I have tried:Chaning HDMI cable Factory reset Beam Gen2 Checked for newer firmware on both Beam Gen2 and TV. No newer softwareAny suggestions on what to do or is it a softare/hardware error on the Beam Gen2? It is still under warranty,Please let me know what is best to do

I use Sonos app to play music with beam gen 2 over airplay. How do I manage volume by hardware of phone volume button or any other hardware button. I dislike the laggy sonos app. Phone device is iphone 15 pro max. Thank you 

HiPurchased a beam sound bar and sub woofer 2020 to go with the TV. Very happy.Now I am trying to connect my cell phone, but I haven’t been able. WHY?

I’m sorry for writing this as I know this subject has been discussed before; however, it’s annoying, and there is no good reason to put up with it!  I only have the Sonos system about a month.  I bought the Beam and then added the subwoofer.  Why would I spend over $1000 for supposedly a first class system and have it turn on whenever it feels like it.  I have no speakers, only a television is connected to this system.  I do not have Spotify.  I have Amazon music which I haven’t even activated.  As a customer, it’s not my job to do anything except use the equipment as it was designed.  It’s not designed to wake me at all hours when it decides to turn on.  I turn the volume down on my television before turning it off.  The TV and the Beam are controlled by a Comcast remote.  I tried to de-program the remote but that didn’t help at all.  Next step is brain surgery.  Paying all that money will not stop me from throwing the damn thing out the window or giving it away.  IT IS NOT MY RESPONS

I have been using sonos and apple tv and never heard any sound when turning apple tv off but recently when i turn it off sonos arc plays very loud chime like turnoff sound. I have looked both Sonos and apple tv setting but could not find anything that might help turn it off. Need help. Plz

So I’ve been digging around and have not found a place to contact support directly so is this the place?  I had an arc with the one SL’s setup as surround sounds.  I replaced the One SL with Era 300’s.   I factory reset the One SL’s and set them up for both to be in Office.   I click add stereo pair and it runs the setup and then says there is a problem.    The Wi-Fi is a deco BE 95 mesh in access point mode,  I’ve tried turning off the 5Ghz off and only using 2.4 and vice versa, tried connecting both One SL’s to ethernet same problem.   So after hours of frustration I decide Lets just setup the era 300’s as the surround speakers so at least I can have that.  I setup the speakers add them to main bedroom.   Well on the sonos app there is now main bedroom, main bedroom 2, and main bedroom 3.  Odd but I go to the Main Bedroom the arc and sub are there i click Add surround speakers and it comes back saying I NEEED 2 compatible speakers.    Why is this such a painful setup?  this should be

I have done a “trueplay” in my system and I notice in the sonos app that the screen about the sourround speakers gestion has changed. Before, I had for each speaker a bar to choose the level of sound and nothing about the distance between the speakers and my seating position….( it is suppose with the trueplay this question about the distance was solve(?)) abd now I have to put this distance and I can not choose the level of each speaker, only the tv level for both .My Sonos system has an ARC, two ERA 100 and a SUB.Thanks and sorry for my english level!!!!!!

Amp keeps going to 100% when turned on.Since the last app update, every other time I play music or an audio book or use the line in on my Sonos amp, it starts at 100% and scares the crap out of me and probably the neighbours.Also since the update the app disconnects from my amp constantly, even once it's connected it will just disconnect and I have to close the app and reopen to get it to connect again, sometimes the line in disappears too. Not sure if that's related.

I just set up 2 new Era 300’s with an Arc and a sub.  Can’t seem to hear the Era’s (behind me) when watching a movie. 

My Arc is connected via Cat 6 to my UniFi switch.  I also have Play 3 surrounds and a subwoofer in my system (NOT hardwired).  Does anyone know why UniFi would show both the sub and one of the Play 3’s today as hardwired “Fast Ethernet” connected devices, and on the same port!  Both of the devices IP address match what the Sonos app shows for each device.  This is strange.

I have a Samsung Frame 2023 TV and a Sonos Beam (gen 1) everything is in sync except my Samsung 4K Blu-Ray player, no matter what settings I fiddle with the audio lags behind the video. Only on PCM is it in sync which sounds poor quality compared to Dolby Digital. Would a Beam 2 cure this with the eARC connection?  I don’t want to upgrade to it only to have the same lip sync issues

I have a Sonos Arc connected to my LG B7 OLED TV via ARC (no e-Arc) . When watching Atmos content, the audio is behind the video. It’s driving me mad.I’ve looked online and there seems to be no mention. I know you can delay the audio but that would make it worse. 

I moved apartments and now the sub is not connecting to the Arc sound bar. However, I’m able to connect the sub to other sound bars. I have a beam and sub connected to my samsung tv in a media room. That set up works great. I have wired surround speakers and now want to integrate them using the sonos amp. How can I sync the wired surround speakers using the amp to my samsung tv/sonos beam/sonos sub?

Hi, I have two one sl in one room. I am trying to add an arc, sub and two one sl to a new home theatre room. I am unable to seperate the rooms and add the new speakers. Is this an issue with the new app or am I doing something wrong?

Hello Sonos Community,I have some questions regarding my new setup before I place an order.I currently own two SONOS IKEA Symfonisk Bookshelf speakers. They are set up in stereo mode facing my couch on the TV stand.I am planning to install a projector, which will be installed behind the couch to have enough distance (it's a standard projector, not a short-throw one).I'm looking for a solution to send the audio from this projector via HDMI output or audio jack, while simultaneously playing the sound on my Symfonisk Bookshelf speakers.The solution I thought of is to purchase a pair of SONOS ERA 100, place them next to the projector (behind the couch), and connect them via a USB-C to Jack adapter so they can play the projector's sound without latency.But, will the sound be automatically sent to my Sonos Symfonisk Bookshelf speakers, which will be under the projection screen in front of the couch, and without latency?Thank you for your help!Alban

Hello, I am really hoping someone out there will be able to help. I have recently upgraded my broadband and was sent a new router, the Vodafone Ultra Hub, and am having issues connecting my Sonos speakers.I have a Beam (Gen 1) that seems to connect absolutely fine and that is also connected to my TV and works.I have two One SL’s that I use as surrounds for the Beam and for some reason they constantly drop their connection. I have hard reset all speakers multiple times to try and get it working but even though the One SL’s connect to the WiFi fine at first, if I then set up as surrounds they disconnect.I have also managed to reboot to get them appearing as surrounds correctly, only for them to lose the connection later.Vodafone support recommended I split the 6GHz to its own premium signal and that also helped but only temporarily.Sonos support recommended turning off the WiFi booster that came with the router and again that only worked temporarily.What is also weird, is that if the spe

I have a Arc with mini sub on a Phillips tv. Sometimes, cut the sounds out for +- 2 seconds and comeback, but than is the sounds a little up. I don t Why. Maybe someone ?  

Started about a year ago. Found a matching thread here but was not ever resolved. So thought maybe someone has an update? it used to work fine and I haven’t moved anything since from before it stopped working. i can use the Apple TV remote and it does move the volume perfectly. thanks for looking!

Aloha:I have an Arc home theater setup including the Arc, 2ea of the Era 300, and a gen 1 and gen 3 sub. All are connected in one room and have been working great for a while connected to an TCL TV via eARC and source is Apple TV 4K, just recently though there have been issues to with sound from YouTubeTV and Netflix being muffled and unintelligible; without the closed captioning there isn’t really any way to know what they’re saying. All devices have been updated: Apple TV, TCL TV, Sonos; and power cycled.I am not sure if it is specific codecs that the Sonos system is having difficulty with as not all programs on YouTubeTV or Netflix experience the issue. In lieu of a fix, I have been forced to AirPlay to the Sonos system which I am sure takes away many of the benefits when the source is played via HDMI as originally setup.Any help would be very much appreciated.Mahalo,Kuni

After spending many hundreds of pounds on this system , only to find that even the basic functionality of my system doesn't work, I am forced to question how Sonos is getting away with it. No offers of recompense, no fixes, no resolve. Just excuse after excuse. What's going on Sonos?Stop sending automatic replies every time someone complain,  and stand up and take responsibility. Shame on you !!!!

Hi all,My current set up is a Beam Gen 2 and 2x Play 1’s set up as a surround sound system for my TV in the living room which works really well as is but I have just been given a Bose Smart Soundbar 600 and I am wondering if I can swap out the Beam Gen 2 for this and keep them linked to the Play 1’s for surround sound but make use of the upwards firing drivers on the Bose to get the full dolby atmos experience?Do they play together do you know?Any help would be appreciated.

Love my Playbar and sub, have had for years.Recently got rid of the TV and now using a long throw projector (Xgimi Horizon Pro) with my Apple TV connected to that via HDMI.I’d like to keep the player but it is not bluetooth and I dont want to run wire across the room to the playbar under the screen.Will connecting Sonos Port to the AppleTV or Xgimi solve this issue?  thanks.

I have started to notice a rumbling noise from the speaker whilst watching the TV anyone else have this problem 

Tv sound through my arc soundbar suddenly stops while watching tv. Only work around is to go into sonos app and select tv sound.. this started happening with a June update
