Just setup the Arc Ultra and attempted to pair it with my existing Sub 3. Sonos app says they are paired but then they immediately unpair. I have tried factory resets and repairing multiple times, no luck. Tried calling Sonos customer support but the wait was too long. I’m beyond frustrated.

Maybe go onto describe your local setup in a little more detail and then perhaps other users in this community might be able to make some suggestions to assist you - it would be helpful at least to know the following:

  • Make model of local router or mesh system - plus an outline of the network setup?
  • Any switches managed/unmanaged?
  • If the Arc Ultra and/or Sub are connected using wired/WiFi - if the Arc Ultra wireless adapter has been disabled?
  • Distance between Soundbar & Sub/Anything in between?
  • If you’ve (yet) rebooted the Soundbar and/or Sub and/or Router?
  • Mobile Controller device in use? - make/model/OS version.
  • If you’ve checked for both App (via App Store) and Sonos firmware updates (via App)?
  • What device firmware versions are shown in the about box in the App?
  • If router shows your devices are connected to the LAN and have IP addresses assigned?
