Can you connect the amp wirelessly to an LG TV 32LQ63006LA. Unfortunately the TV is an after thought to our renovation, the ceiling speakers/amp cables are hidden within ceilings and walls. (Speakers and Amp are 3mths old) I suspect this can’t be done? Or is there a third party accessory that can be used i,e. BluetoothLook forward seeing responses and suggestions  

 I have the soundbar speakers  they are Bluetooth they hook to my WiFi network but I change my WiFi password I don’t know how to fix them I go to the app it won’t let me do nothing.  I change to a fiber network    What should do ?

The sound bar stopped working after I turned off the TV and turned it back on.  Nothing had changed otherwise.

So a bit of a weird set up here and looking for advice. I have a tv mounted to the ceiling and it can swivel 360. I I have a beam gen 1 that I have mounted under the tv (so it can swivel with the tv)that is almost directly in the center of the room.   on one end of the room is my couch and coffee table where I have the play 1s set up as the surrounds with the tv and beam turned  toward the couch. On the exact opposite wall I have my bed facing the couch so I can turn the tv 180 and watch tv in bed. What would be the best way to set ip the Sonos? It's a bit weird having the surround sound coming from the opposite wall directly in front of me instead of behind me when I'm laying in bed. 

Hi all,  my sub mini (with arc/2x play 1s as surrounds) doesn’t make any noise at all.  ********** Diagnostic raised.  I turned it all off and on again like a good IT geek.  I can’t remove the sub mini nor the surrounds from the arc, I get errors in both attempts.  I factory resetted the sub mini.  I updated the software.  I’m  out of ideas! I think my image below is wrong from the Sonos Amp to the TV.  And I need help. The Sony Bravia 9 I am planning to purchase has one HDMI Arc port.  Before I run speaker wire I want to make sure this setup gets me where I want to be.  How do I connect the amp to ensure my speakers can be used as rear surround speakers?  Today I have issues with my amp being remote in another room but powering two rear speakers.  I’ve never gotten it to connect as surrounds and hold the connection the way it is supposed to.  We are moving and I have an opportunity to set this up with a better design.    

I had to factory reset my living room speakers because they all disappeared from the app. I have the Arc and Sub added together but the Era 300s added themselves es to seperate living rooms in the app. How do I get them added to the living room with the Arc and Sub?

Hi all,I’m wondering if anyone can help, I’ve tried restarting both the router, TV and Sonos system. Everything is hardwired with Ethernet connections.The Arc keeps losing connection and then jumps to the TV sound system until it reconnects back again. It happens on normal TV and apple TV. So it doesn’t discriminate between the source. Happens maybe every 10-20mins of viewing, so fairly frustrating. We’re also having issues when streaming music, it basically stops to a huge stutter like a drum and base beat and the ends. It’s been absolutely fine for months and nothing has changed in terms of set up. Any tips, please? 

Hey guys, im not much of an audio guy, but my friend recommended me the sonos ray and after looking at it, i would love it. Problem being my monitor doesnt have an optical port, what can i do to solve this problem? Thanks

I have a Samsung TV in my screened in porch with an HDMI cord (in the eARC port) connected to a Sonos Amp inside which is also connected to two in ceiling speakers.  I am having trouble figuring out how to get sound from the Tv to come through the ceiling speakers. 

Hi Everyone, I have just upgraded my Playbar to an ARC as I bought some ACE headphones. At the moment, in my Home Theatre set up I am using 2 Ones as the rear speakers. I have been reading articles that lead me to think that I should swap the Ones for Play 3s. Is this a waist thing to do? Would it give me better sound?  I already have the Play 3s so it won’t cost me anything. thanks in advance, Matt 

I’ve connected a sonos sound bar  to the router and now can’t connect to the samsung television.I have connected the soundbar to the TV via the ARC socket but it still doesn’t connect.What am I doing wrong? 

I have been using my ARC and Sub connected by wire and 2 Play 1’s as wireless surrounds for a while.  recently (the last 2 weeks or so), the sound cuts in and out on the Play’1s.  I have tried removing the Play 1’s as a surround and adding them back as well as resetting my modem.  They will play for a while using Spotify, then start cutting out after a while.  (Intermittent).  This does not seem to occur on just Spotify though.  The subs do this no matter the distance I set them nor the “Group Audio Delay” I set.  Volume limit is off.  Night music is off, but Spatial Music is toggled on.  Am I missing a troubleshooting option here?

Hi There, when I am playing music/watching movies on the Sonos App it shows that The Sound is PCM and I cannot seem to change it to Dolby Atmos. I have the following:Samsung TV (TU7000 55 TV):eARC Active Auto Dolby Atmos OnApple TV 4K:Audio Output - Auto, Dolby Atmos OnAny idea what to do? Thanks!

I have a arc gen1 soundbar and trying to connect a sub also gen1, I have tried everything I can think of to connect wireless and hard connection, I even spent 2 hours on live chat with expert and still same message sub not found.please can anyone help me or advise me  many thanksjo

I can see lots of historical posts about issues with Samsung Frame and Sonos Arc, but most topics are closed (some implying the issues are fixed).  Well, I have a brand new Samsung Frame (2024) and a brand new Arc, both running the latest updates, and it most definitely still a problem.  Things will work fine for a day or so, then sound will stop being sent from the TV to the Arc. The TV still knows Arc is there, and it’s selectable as the output for the TV, but the Arc doesn’t seem to receive any sound. After a few seconds, the TV will flip back to sending sound via the internal speakers again. I can re-select Arc as the output get no sound and a short time later it does back to speakers.  When in this state, it doesn’t matter what input is used, what the sound format is (eg Atmos or not). The volume control on the TV brings up the overlay saying “Sonos Arc (HDMI-eARC” but the plus and minus icons are missing.  No setting changes

Hi there, I’ve got a Sonos arc, sub, amp and 6 ceiling speakers as my Sonos set up. The arc and sub are connected via hdmi to my tv.  The 6 Sonos ceiling speakers are connected in the same wifi network. When I play music via Amazon music or spotify I can get the music to play from the tv (arc and sub) and through the ceiling speakers that I group as kitchen.  What I can’t seem to work out is how I get the sound from them all when I’m watching the tv. When I watch tv it only comes through the arc and sub and nothing through the ceiling speakers. Is there a connection that I should be making when playing sound through my tv to get it through the ceiling speakers as well? Thanks. 

My ARC is not connecting with TV via HDMI cable

Having read a few of the now closed threads on Arc and Beam power cables, I thought I would just share my experience having applied some of the advice suggested. I have a first generation Beam. It was all good for a long time, but at some point in the past year, the power cable became unplugged. I popped it back, the Beam returned to power, all good. Except it wasn’t. I began to notice intermittent loss of sound and realised the cable was very loose. A quick browse of the forum tonight, and a few people commented that the cable needs a firm shove into the socket to make it fit snugly. I tried, and can confirm that was the problem with my loose cable! So for anyone struggling with a Beam power cable that appears to be plugged in flush but is loose, just push it in more firmly, and it should slide in and become a nice snug fit.Thanks to the tip on the now closed Beam and Arc power cable threads. 

I have a playbar, boost and sub in my living room. They have always worked, but Ever since the app update my sub won't assign to the living room so I can use it. The playbar is working with music that I play and tv that I watch. When I go to sonos system info, it shows playbay is assigned to living room, boost and sub are unavailable. When I click on living room, then connect sub, it says let's assign your sub to the living room. When I click on the speaker icon below the picture of the sub, my sub will play. But will not add it to the living room. I have a diagnostic test ***********.Moderator edit: Diagnostic number recorded and removed

what size are the 2 short attachment screws used (in the back) to attach Ray.  I have bracket to attach Ray to portable TV stand.

I have a SONOS BEAM Gen 1 (I think) and recently brought a new TV. Now I can’t get the beam to connect to the new TV. New TV supports HDMI eARC rather than ARC, but everything Iv read online says that shouldn’t matter. No option to optical connect either. Any ideas or suggestions would be great thank you.
