Issue between Soundbar and LG TV

I have 2 soundbar (Beam and ARC) when connect it to the TV direct through the HDMI eARC, it work fine and can control the volume through the TV remote. 

 

But when connect any HDMI inputs to TV like setupbox or PS5. the TV convert the sound automatic to TV speakers and I can’t able to use the sonos soundbar.

Can you provide the model od LG TV and I’ll check your manual - this issue is controlled by your TV, not your soundbar.
