I have a Sonos Arc - when it arrived both of the oval caps at the ends of the speaker were slightly loose. When I tried to reattach them they completely detached. I am unable to push them back in and properly secure them. Any ideas or solutions?

Thank you for the suggestion. I did - and that is exactly how they handled it. I returned the product for replacement.
