Here is my diagnosis code: 1444175297i watched mortal Kombat and now Stowaway on HBO Max and Netflix, respectively. The sound has gaps intermittently and I have already disconnected the hdmi cable and restarted the sonos arc and I’m still getting the same issue. 

Would I be able to use a PLAY 5: GEN 2 in a room system with a Beam and two PLAY 1 speakers?  I know I can have them in the same room to play audio and music, but my question is if I can actually include it in the stereo system, like how I use the Play 1 speakers as rear stereo with my TV and Beam.

Hi! I bought an Arc back in November ‘20 and have enjoyed it for the most part. Frustgratingly, however, the HDMI connection appears to be loose and as a result, the sound disconnects frequently. Reaching around to the back of the Arc and moving the HDMI cable will invariably reconnect the sound but not always. Unplugging the cable and reattaching it - either to the Arc or the TV - doesn’t solve the issue. There’s a lot of play in the connection (can wiggle a lot). Other HDMI cables also have the same issue. Has anyone else had this issue and can anyone suggest any fixes, other than sending the unit back for repairs - if accepted?

Hi my surrounds are very quiet when listening to twitch or YouTube through my nvidia sheild even when I turn the app setting to the highest volume.If the service like twitch only sends a PCM stereo signal out then why can’t I set my surrounds as full volume as the beam!I know you can do this through music streamed through the Sonos app but why can’t you set this for the tv optical out?I do not want to keep pairing and in pairing the surrounds every time I want to use my nvidia sheild.I have spent so much money on this set up and looking through the forum this has been a major problem that you still haven’t addressed. 

Error: Another device interfering with HDMI connection. I just bought the Sonos Arc, connecting to my LG TV via HDMI ARC/CEC. When my cable box and roku are connected via HDMI, no sound through Sonos ARC. I can only get sound when I disconnect everything else, to include cable. Everything hooked correctly, tv setup correct. Please help! 

Hi everyone,I have two tv setups at home that both produce a strange issue of unreliable sub audio levels. My living room and my master bedroom each have a Sonos Arc, and Sub. Both setups are wired over Ethernet, with wifi disabled (my own obsession of signal reliability), and have been trueplay tuned.  Everything works great other than most of the time I don’t hear enough bass, so I go into the room settings and manually increase the sub audio level. Where it gets strange is the sub audio level will at some point in the next day or two reduce back down to a low, and inaudible level. For example, if I increase the sub audio to +10, at some point I’ll notice the bass is low again, go into the settings to check, and the sub audio will be down to -1, -8, or something like that. I have since tried removing Ethernet and enabling wifi to test at the suggestion of Sonos support, issue persists. My Sonos One SL will not allow me to connect my Spotify account. My Spotify account is a premium subscription and all of a sudden Sonos stopped playing that media server. I have 3 Sonos One SL’s connected to my business network. Two are set up as a stereo, and the last one is added by itself. Now my account will not play any media server, including Spotify and Apple Music. The stereo pair is not showing (?+R). Please help!

Hi all, I’ve come here to share some grievances that my pair of (stereo-setup) One SLs give me. After some time (usually a few days), both speakers decide to ignore DHCP offers from my DHCP server and start to setup their own, isolated, and unreachable, network in the 169.254.0.0/16 LINKLOCAL-RFC3927 space. Restarting the speakers does not help, only disconnecting from the WiFi and reconnecting makes them accept DHCP offers again. Obviously, ignoring DHCP offers and resorting to an isolated enclave is not an appropriate mechanism for a network-only speaker. I’d be eager to hear from Sonos what they suggest to be done here. cheers,--m p.s. happy to provide pcap’s that clearly illustrate the issue at hand.

I was planning to use a beam as front speakers for my new tv. Unfortunately the setup I have has the tv flush on the wall and the beam will stick out and won’t look good. I don’t need need amazing sound for this particular tv setup. And the built in speakers for the tv aren’t terrible. I am installing rear built in wall speakers with the Sonos amp (will use more for playing music). Can I use the amp/wall speakers as rear sound while using the built in tv speakers as the front sound? Thanks for any input. I can’t find anything when I search for info on this particular setup.

My power was out for a day and now my system will not connect to my sub and play 1 surrounds.  now my living room says ?+?+?.  I have tried everything and please help.

I have seen a few similar questions but nothing exact.I have my Arc connected to my Samsung Q70 via the Sonia provided HDMI cable. I never had an issue getting ATMOS vis apps such as Netflix - but recently I can only get 5.1 sound and not ATMOS. Does anyone have advice how to fix this? … I do understand that atmos isn’t available on all platforms / shows.

I have Sonos arc, sub gen 3 and 2 sonos ones 5.1 speaker setup.2016 Samsung tv 65” Class KS9500 9-Series Curved 4K SUHD TV (2016 Model)(This TV doesn't have Arc in the sound settings, but has HDMI ARC input)Apple TV 4K HDR connecting using Belkin Ultra HD High Speed HDMI 2.1 Cable When using Apple TV 4K (previous version)I was able to ask Alexa from the Sonos arc to turn on n off the TV. Arc was integrated with the Samsung tv for audio, even though in the audio settings (both samsung tv and Apple TV 4K) I selected TV speakers the audio used to come from Sonos arcNow after setting up with Apple TV 4K HDRI don't think it has anything to do with Apple TV 4K HDR but Alex won't turn on or off the tv anymore definitely the sound is no longer integrated with sonos arc when the settings are set to TV speakers. I choose Sonos arc from Apple TV 4K HDR connecting via bluetooth.Any feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you 

Having problems connecting/setting up my system. I can connect them all and all work but not together and when I search for my products on the app it can only find each product separate. Phone finds amp iPad finds arc neither finds the other.

Howdy,Confirmed that if casting from cell phone YouTube app to Sonos Home Theater group that Arc and both Gen 3 Subs work. However, after messing with settings in Windows 10 / Dolby Atmos for home theater, I am unable to produce any tones via the Gen 3 Subs when setup is RTX 3090 GPU / PC → LG CX → ARC via eARC.How do you get Windows to recognize the Gen 3 Subs?Any help would be appreciated!

I currently have a surround system with an Amp hooked up to two wired front speakers and two Ones as rear speakers (plus a Sub). I also have a turntable connected to the Amp. I am thinking of getting the Arc, but I am not sure how to set that all up - I understand that I can connect the Arc to the TV (via HDMI-ARC) to serve as the front channels (instead of my current wired pair), and the Amp can control the rear Ones, but I have also heard that the line-in is disabled when the Amp controls the rear speakers in a surround system. Is this true? Is there another way to set up a system with Ones + Arc + Amp + a turntable? Thanks!

I got the full surround set up in my TV room. I’d like to have the Sub connect to that, as well as the a two Fives set up in the adjoining dining room. Do I have to disconnect/connect every time?

Hello folks!I've recently rebuilt my home on which I have a brand new Sonos system composed of:Sonos Arc + Sub + Amp + Architectural Speakers for Surround at the TV room Sonos Amp + Architectural Speakers on each of the other roomsAll the Amps will be rack mounted on the same rack with the other network and home equipment. The Amps and the Arc are wired to the core switch (Ubiquiti Unifi Switch Pro 48P).According to the docs, if I plug one of the devices on the ethernet, the other devices are going to be connect to this wired one over a private/dedicated wifi network created by the wired one.https://support.sonos.com/s/article/3235?language=en_USI wonder if anyone can help with the following questions for this scenario:Is there a way to make sure this wifi network isn't created and ALL Sonos devices use the wires since they are all connected thru the switch? All my IoT devices are under a dedicated subnet/VLan. I want to put all the speakers under this subnet/VLan. Can someone tell me

Hi, Newbie connection problemMy friend gave me his playbar and bridge and I'm looking to use it as a music speaker, I've never owned a Sonos product before so completely new to it, I've factory reset both and they have both have got green flashing lights, I've downloaded both sonos apps because I wasn't sure which to use, the S2 app found the bridge but not the playbar and said it was incompatible and that I should use the S1 app but that won't find either the bridge or the playbar I have the bridge plugged into my router via Ethernet, I've been searching the internet to find a solution, help I just want to play some musicThanks     

Hi all,   I'm hoping someone could help me. I've recently purchased a Sonos Arc and installed it yesterday. I did this by simply connecting the arc to my TV via HDMI arc. It was a bit hit and miss when connecting to my Samsung JU6400 series TV. It seemed to have problems when connecting with the Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC). Eventually, I got it working.   However, after turning the television into standby mode (off), it disconnects from the Sonos arc and I have to reconnect it all over again. Any ideas as to why its doing this and anyway in which I can fix it?   Thanks all,   Adam

Hi, Today was using my Xbox with the ARC at normal volume and there was a loud pop and a loss of all audio from the ARC. Sound was restored by a power cycle but I think the audio isn’t quite right. The bass seems underwhelming now and the ARC seems quieter as though not all speakers are firing.I see from the forum I am not the only one with this issue. Diagnostics submitted, 496314429. Not going to lie I am pretty disappointed with the ARC I have loads of Sonos kit and have had no issues prior to this.I would also like to raise the problem with intermittent audio loss from a Sony XH90 which I know is a known issue. My workaround was to use the Xbox with audio passthru which got around that glitch. If there is now an issue with using the ARC with an Xbox I am afraid I will have to press for a return.I have already contacted Techradar asking them to revisit their review of the ARC in light of the audio loss from TVs when they are the audio source. Kind Regards, Simon

One morning woke up turn on my TV, Beam has no sound.  Use Sonos App to troubleshoot and received audio out issues.  Changed cables and even to my spare TV (Sharp) in the bedroom, this did not help.  I tried to reset my Beam and setup from factory default.  Had the same problem.  My main TV is philips brand, toggle Easylink on/off plus HDMI aduio out on/off makes not difference on my Beam.  Any help would be most appreciated.

I own a Beam and a pair of Sonos One SL and had set them up as surround. Since last month the Sonos One SL’s would randomly drop offline  (I didn’t change internet setting or disconnect routers or add devices that would cause internet interference) I would spend hours and sometimes days trying to add them back, kept on getting the “we couldn’t connect to your products” message, and had to spend another couple hours to factory reset One SL’s, try a couple more time to add them and retune the speakers. This is super frustrating. Can someone please tell me what’s wrong with my system? 

User experience - The HD Fury works! Success! I can now watch content from my Xfinity cable box without experiencing audio delay or lag. My System:-LG 70in UHD SMART TV manufactured in 6/2018. No eARC connection but it will still pass Dolby Atmos signal (even though there is no literature that says it does)-ARC Soundbar-Xfinity cablebox ARRIS XG1V4 which supports up to 4K output.-Blue Ray connected directly to the TV-Apple TV connected directly to the TV (not an HD Apple TV)Pluses: No modification to HD Fury Arcana. Used auto settings. It seems to detect the best quality picture and sound and outputs what your TV and soundbar can handle.  Immediate fix to all audio delays coming from my cable box. I was able to change my LG TV ARC output from a forced stereo output to Auto. Now I listen to most everything in Dolby 5.1 (depends on what the cable box is broadcasting for the channel or show) The ARCANA will pass audio and video from the TV (including the other HDMI devices hooked to the T
