I’ve got a Sonos Arc connected via hdmi to a Sony TV, with a gen3 sub. No Sonos products in the house are hard wired to network. I’m attempting to pair an amp for rear surrounds, but cannot get the amp to pair. I’ve tried every trouble shooting step I can think of, including factory resetting every piece of sonos equipment on the network, but cannot get them to pair. Is there a specific sequence that these need to be added in?

How far is the Amp from the Arc? When you try to add the Amp as surrounds to the Arc in the Sonos app, what does it do exactly? Also, make sure you have WiFi enabled on both the Arc and Amp in the Sonos app.

Also, slightly more randomly, we’re talking about a Sonos Amp, and not a Sonos CONNECT:AMP, correct?
