Hi guys

 

I having this problem in that for the past 2 days, the Beam only has the left channel working when i was using it with my Samsung TV.

 

Other usage (via Sonos app) works well, with both the beam and surround speakers working correctly.

 

Anyone knows how to resolve this as this really spoils the aural pleasure when watching the tv.

 

Any assistance are greatly appreciated.

Try unplugging the Beam and TV from power for a couple of minutes and disconnecting and reconnecting the Beam to the TV.
