Beam causes my whole system to shut down

It’s random, happens 2-3 days a wek, but the addition of a Beam 2 seems to have created this issue.

Hisense U7G

Beam 2

Apple TV 4K

Before the Beam it never happened.

Any ideas?

What exactly do you mean by the “whole system to shut down”? Do you lose power to everything?

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
