sonos beam 2 disconnects from the TV

Hello,

Everyday my Sonos beam 2 keeps disconnecting from the TV, I have to plug and unplug the Hdmi cable so it can work again. It's really random, what can I do please ?

Which model TV?

Have you enabled CEC on your TV? Are you using the Sonos-supplied HDMI cable? Do you have any other external media devices connected to the TV?
