My sub has no sound. I submited a diagnostics and got a confirmation number 332764751.

Hello!  i have 4 in-wall speakers (2 in front and 2 in the back of the room) along with an amp and arc.i can’t get all 4 speakers and the arc to play… or what will happen is that the arc will play along with the 2 front speakers- but the back 2 speakers won’t play.  thoughts?? 

I've had to temporarily connect my Arc via Optical. Does anyone know how to control the volume with the Samsung Solar Cell Remote.?

Hi, I’ve got an Arc, two Sonos one and a sub connected in my home. Sometimes, when I want to listen to music with my child, I feel like the audio is a bit to much. Thus, I would like to be able to play music only using one of the Sonos ones (and perhaps the sub as well). But I can’t figure out how to set it up.   

Hi, I have an issue with my Sonos Beam + SYMFONISK and AirPlay 2. If I’m playing music through AirPlay 2 from either my iPhone, HomePod mini or iPad both Sonos speakers stop for one second and then continues playing music, this is very irregular. Sometimes it works flawless for an hour, sometimes it skips the music for 1 second every 3 minutesI have tried multiple things. Connected the Beam to ethernet, changed Sonos channels, changed WiFi channels. Restarted and reset all Sonos speakers and router as well. Anything else I can do?

Hello, I’ve recently bought a Sonos Arc, but recently the sound keeps cutting in and out on my Tv, I don’t know if it’s the Sonos that’s the problem, my Samsung or my Xbox series X.  I’ve factory reset my Tv and that didn’t help, and also reset my Sonos, and the cut outs still happen.. it only happens with Dolby Atmos.. 

I just wanted to say I connected my beam to a wired AV receiver speaker setup by connecting my XFINITY cable box digital audio toslink output with adapter to HDMI input on the beam. All audio perfectly synced- that’s if you have a cable box with digital audio out.

Hello, I have seen conversations regarding this topic without resolution.  I have an Arc that plays my TV sound in my living room. I also have two One speakers hooked up to the Arc. I want the One speakers to automatically play anytime the TV or music plays. Is there a way to do this without manually connecting them through the app?  Thank you!

I have a Fire TV Cube connected by HDMI to a Sony TV.  I have an ARC output from the TV connected to the Sonos ARC.  I also have Verizon FIOS TV.  Intermittently, the sound from the ARC will stop (go silent), while the video continues on the TV.  What I discovered is that removing the power plug from the Fire TV Cube immediately restores the sound.  Any idea why and how this can be remedied?  Very bizarre.

Got a Samsung QA75QN700 and Sonos Arc.  Randomally we either loose audio altogether or it keeps switching on and off.  On the TV u can see that audio automatically switches between Receiver (HDMI-ARC) and Receiver (HDMI-eARC).  When no audio its stuck on Receiver (HDMI-eARC).  Seems to have gotten worse in the last week, setting eARC off then back to auto use to fix the problem.  Been an issue right from the start. No other devices plugged in. TV and Sonos running latest firmware.  Using Sonos suplied hdmi cable.  Power cycled TV and Sonos Arc.  Any ideas on how to fix this. 

Hi there. Just bought a Beam gen 2. I want to add some more Sonos. A friend has 2 play 5 gen 1s I can have. Will they work together?

I have a Beam generation 2. I noticed on some scenes in a tv show, you can hear the background noise much more prominently on my TV speakers via my Sonos. Almost like the Sonos dulled the background noise.  when I say background noise, I mean a scene in an office where you can hear light office sounds like phone ringing etc. or another scene in a locker room where you can hear sneakers squeaking, but the Sonos minimizes it.  I have night mode off and speech enhancement off.  Have also tried with it on.  Any suggestions?

Hello - I am about to start with the Sonos System. Debating how I should go about setting it up. Open kitchen / living room concept house. Going w/ Arc, sub, amp (2 ceiling speakers for rears).I would like to setup a kitchen speaker so I'm not blasting the volume all the time. I have read on here that putting 2 Ones or a single Five in the kitchen would be delayed when grouped to the TV audio...Is that true? How do I eliminate the delay?  Also, go with 2 Ones for the kitchen or 1 Five? TV audio most of the time but also music. Could also do  Moves right?

i currently own 1 Sonos AMP that will power my Sonance MAG 6.1 outdoor setup for the pool area & will buy another AMP to power (2) Klipsch AW-650’s that will be for the Patio area. I will also buy the Sonos Port to control my Onkyo 686 amp that is powering my home theater setup.I do plan on bringing a spare 43in Samsung TV out in the patio/pool area that i will want the audio from the TV to be playing from the Sonos Amps.The question I have is, IF i run an HDMI from the TV (via ARC) to lets say… the AMP that powers the patio speakers… can i have the audio from the TV going through the other Sonos components ?If so, will there be audio delay/lip sync issues ?

Hi All,I have a bit of issue with the Sonos setup.I have an Opnsense router and unifi controller running on it for Wifi.I have installed 3 One SL , 1 Sub 3gen and a Beam Gen2 Only the Beam Gen2 is wired to an unifi switch this switch is set to RSTP.The Sonos is connected to my home network where I have firewall rule all to all allowI have 2 rooms, kitchen where 1 One SL is locatedAnd TV corner where 2 One SL , 1 Sub and 1 Beam is locatedNow the SUB does not play when added to the tv corner, only when I move it to kitchen is does work.Now I adjusted the following:Auto-optimize network: off  IGMP Snooping: on Multicast Enhancement (IGMPv3): on Block LAN to WLAN multicast and broadcast data (Classic UI): off The Port where the Beam is connected to is set to Enable Spannin tree protocol But only wifi is also not working. I have turned the wifi off for the beam btw on wired.  Can somebody help me?Is there an limitation?

I’ve had my beam gen2 since it came out and a Sonos One earlier this year. Got my second one and speaker stands and paired everything together. Movie watching was enjoyable, however music playback has been disappointing. The issue is when playing with the “full” setting the speakers sound tinny and I hear light static, there is also a delay which is noticeable with any edm tracks. However when in ambient mode the issue isn’t present and turning up the rear volume the system sounds balanced and pleasant. I contacted support, and unpaired and repaired the speakers, all sounded well when grouped up in both ambient and full mode. However once trueplay was set up the initial issues came back (slightly less noticeable). It seems trueplay has caused issues but I can’t seem to fix even with doing a third try of it. I am using an iPhone 13 pro max and did clean out the mics. Has anyone else experience this?

Tried to play all speakers at the same time results in only 1 or 2 speakers playing. But when I try to play only 1 speaker, it works.Diagnostic: 1295710140

Hello,I recently (4-5 months back) purchased a Sonos Arc and Sub (Gen 3) to add to my existing system of Play 1’s and Sub (Gen 2). Prior to buying these 2 new sonos products, I never had the below issues, but since connecting the Arc to my Living Room config (TV + 2 Play 1s + 2 Sub), there have been several instances when Sonos has started playing music on its own in the middle of the night, or sometimes early morning.And atleast 2 times now, while watching Netflix on TV via the connected playstation, the system randomly connected to Youtube (disconnecting from Netflix), and started playing a youtube video. The first time was a couple weeks ago, but the second time just happened a couple hours back, and I then went ahead and generated the Sonos diagnostics.I had to do it twice since the 1st time I may not have been connected to the home wifi. # 1279716390# 654016055 I briefly researched this on google the last time it happened, and saw some posts about spotify etc being the culprit for

hi - hainging a new TV with a Beam (Gen1) and want to do surround speakers with 2 sonos ceiling speakers (with a connect:Amp).  Does the amp need to be wire connected to the beam (which would mean in physical proximity), or linked in the app to make it work (which means could put the amp in the closet)?thanks

I have just purchased a sonos arc and have tried all of the problem shooting ideas to get Spotify on my services, but unfortunately nothing has worked can someone help with any ideas that they have done to get Spotify??? 

I have a Sonos Arc, amp and sub and 2 in ceiling wired Proficient speakers and the sound cuts in and out in surround sound speakers. Not sure why. Any thoughts?

I’ve got a Beam paired to a Sub, and two Ones in separate rooms. The Sub and one of the Ones are plugged into Ethernet. The other One is connected to SonosNet, but the Beam refuses to get off wifi even after a reboot. I have also tried deleting the wifi network in the app, and the Beam then loses all connectivity.I suppose it doesn’t really impact performance, but it’s kind of annoying and I’d like to understand why. Thanks

I’m having the Arc, sub and 2 sonos surround speakers installed to go with a new LG OLED C1 model. I’ve read many reports of audio dropouts with this setup and older models TVs. Has this problem been resolved? Thanks 

Hi,I use my beam sometimes to airplay from my iPad or iPhone to listen to podcasts etc. Whenever I receive a message or calendar reminder the playback pauses and I lose connection to airplay. I then have to reconnect to Airplay and if I get another message it happens again.It’s really frustrating! I have looked around but can’t seem to find a solution. The only way I can stop it is if I put my phone on airplane mode. Do not disturb doesn’t stop it. But this assent ideal as I cant receive any messages.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks Kim

Sonos Arc is connected to TV using HDMI ARC. sound goes down to zero automatically. When I increase the sound it goes down automatically. Diagnostics no - 1355747357 please advise
