I was playing some music through my system this morning and suddenly realized I wasn't getting any bass and the sub didn't seem to be putting out anything.

I checked my app and it shows the sub connected to my system so I disconnected the sub and tried to re-add it and it just keeps telling me there was a problem adding it to my system.

I connected the included ethernet cable directly to it and connect it to my router and every time I try to disable Wi-Fi it keeps telling me to connect an Ethernet cable. 🙄

I have ran a diagnostic while playing some music and here is the number 217906890

Is wifi turned on on the Arc? In Sonos terms wifi also means the 5GHz link to the Sub…..


I’d probably call Sonos Support directly to discuss it, since they can read the diagnostics.
