I was playing some music through my system this morning and suddenly realized I wasn't getting any bass and the sub didn't seem to be putting out anything.
I checked my app and it shows the sub connected to my system so I disconnected the sub and tried to re-add it and it just keeps telling me there was a problem adding it to my system.
I connected the included ethernet cable directly to it and connect it to my router and every time I try to disable Wi-Fi it keeps telling me to connect an Ethernet cable.
I have ran a diagnostic while playing some music and here is the number 217906890
