Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

Hello everyone,I've been experiencing an error on my system for a few weeks now. The error is called error 1.066. I don't know how to fix it. 

Trying to create a Sonos account fails saying check Internet connection 

i have a bat cave or den and have two fives  and a mini sub ....can u  add a sonos beam or ray by using the sonons 5 as tweeters...giving me two sonos 5s as tweeters a mini sub and a mini sub all integrated and not grouped is this possible 

I just got 3 era 100 speakers. Returning to Sonos after a few years away. I remember trueplay tones being quite loud on previous speakers.  But on the era 100s it’s pretty quiet. Then I noticed that whatever I set the volume to on the speakers before trueplay is what the tones would play at. That’s not normal right? I’m not touching the volume after initiating the trueplay process. It’s not same for both quick and advanced trueplay, quick is louder.   what is the volume setting equivalent for trueplay so that I can be sure it runs at the correct volume?  thanks 

HelloOne of my two SL1 speakers will not connect to my home network via WiFi.Things I have tried.Disconnect Speaker from power 2+ minutes. Disconnect speaker and router then power router back up and then speaker back up  Disconnected all my Sonos products in the room as it was the whole room setup w/multiple other Sonos products Step 2 again but with all Sonos products included in the set up  Also did all this based on the app T.S. Instructions  In the app I removed said speakers from current set up and then tried adding them back  oh and did all this multiple times as well  

I have a sonos arc ultra in the living room of around 40 sqm. I would replace it with a Beam Gen 2 + Sub Mini + 2 x Era 100. Is that a good choice? I now use the arc ultra for TV & music streaming & vinyl via Sonos Port. 

SONOS Play:5 is connected to the router with ethernet cable but randomly ‘disappears’ from the SONOS app. At this point the router network map says ‘no product connected by ethernet’. Have changed the ethernet cable but with no improvement.All other SONOS products working OK with wifi or ethernet,

Sonos speakers no longer play when I use Spotify.  Keep getting “no content” messages for both BedRoom and LivingRoom speakers. Completely frustrated with Sonos since the day I bought these. 

With the latest versions of the iOS app, when trying to play favorites or recent listens, I get the error “This content is not available” for any album in the shared library. However, using the Sonos app on a Windows PC, the same favorites play without any issues. Is this happening to you as well? Do you know how to fix it, considering Sonos support didn't go beyond asking me to restart the phone and reinstall the app?

The beam does not turn on , is  not working g with Alexa , and does not show up on Sonos app as being connected to the system anymore 

I’m seeing many callouts amplitude.com, some appear to be persistent.  I sometimes operate on a network that won’t permit that.  This appears to sometimes break Sonos.  I see no reason for this to be happening, however.Anyone else seeing this?   There are other callouts it’s making to adnxs.com, branch.io, google-analytics.com (there may be others).  These don’t always succeed, either and that should not interfere with the functionality of the system configuration.I have seen where my speaker configurations get wiped when Sonos app can’t succeed in certain API callouts, for example.Looks like there needs to be some code improvement.

Hi All,  I have a return from the uk being processed. At the Sonos have sent me a UPS label etc but have not given me the customs forms that need to be provided.  any ideas where I get them from?  many thanks 

HiI have had the Sonos arc ultra since launch, I have this issue all be it very rare where I hear a loud sudden pop noise when playing content, the pop noise is much louder than the set volume.It's very random, I had it happen yesterday while watching HBO series The Outsider, it appeared to come from the right side of the soundbar. No idea what audio track was playing I think it was multichannel PCM 7.1, but had it happen with Atmos tracks as well.The last time I had the issue was a few months back I think, so like I say its not a common issue. Im sure I read a thread on here about a similar issue, but perhaps that was the original Arc, if there is a thread on the arc ultra with same issue, could someone link it here please. Thank you

I just purchased a Roam 2 and downloaded the Sonos App.  Connects to Apple Music easily, but there is no option to add Sirius XM.  I have a streaming account and the App is current.  I’ve seen others with connection issues - that’s not my problem.  SiriusXM doesn’t even appear as a service that can be selected.  

I am setting up a new system with SONOS ARC Ultra,  Woof Gen 4 and have purchased the SONOS ERA 100 surround speakers. Is it advisable to upgrade the ERA 100 to ERA 300?  Will I see a significant difference in my home theater experience?

I am getting a crackling sound from my sonos arc, is it possible I blew out a speaker?  If so, what are my options?

I highly doubt the issue reported in has been resolved from a technical implementation. If it has been great.Today my housemate encountered another unexpected behavior. Their Apple Music account needed reauthorized. They clicked the right places and provided Apple password. The screen said the password was wrong, even though they were sure they used the correct one. The cancelled the re-authorization process. At this point their Apple Music account had in fact been reauthorized for use on Sonos (as evidenced by being able to browse their content from Apple Music within the Sonos app). But, the Sonos system had replaced their previously input account nickname with the First and Last name on their Apple Account. I recently ran an update on my Mac OS to Sonoma v14.7.6Some of the button functionality changed on my Ace headphones. The side button no longer starts and stops my music and instead calls Siri, same behavior whether I short or long press.I tested my headphones on my phone and everything works the same as it always has, so this seems to be an issue only on my desktop OS, not the headphones themselves.I ran a firmware update from the app on my phone. When trying to pair my 2 Sonos Play 1’s with my Beam, the Play 1’s are not showing as options to pair.

Hello I have a problem with factory reset. Every time I have to explain to support that there is no way to properly restore factory settings. The blue diode is still on. I have tried everything. I have disconnected all devices and the rest of the procedure does not work. Support does not want to help me, they keep telling me to send some videos but do not respond. Have you had anything like this?

Is there a fix for fragmented albums. I am re ripping all my cds and compilation albums are showing an album for each artist and I cannot select the whole album

Newbie on Sonos, so apologies if this is a basic question.Sonos Era 100 is set up with my son’s Spotify account as the primary account.  It’s authorised and shows no connection issues.When using Sonos (not Alexa) voice commands to ask for a track contained in one of his playlists, it seems to constantly play completely different tracks.  When asking it to play a named Spotify playlist, it doesn’t respond.Is there a specific phrase that has to be used for Spotify content?Thanks

Brand new Beam Tried everythingeArc to beam from Sony kd48A9 OLED. No soundApple TV to hdmi 2 and eArc to Beam. No soundBeam plays stereo if I use Apple TV default speaker option so I know Beam actually worksChanged cables. Reset everything. Set out to DD not DD+.Firmware updated on setup TV sees Beam on eArc and Bravia sync enabled also in standby mode the Sonos save screen appearswhen I try TV setup in app and it carry’s  out connection check it says no connection. Yet, again, everything else sees the Beam. on Apple TV default is TV speakers not audio system (beam). But this did appear briefly early on but disappears. TV works fine with Marantz amp and speakers also using tv speakers from either Apple TV or MarantzBefore I take it back any advice please. Is there some obscure setting on the TV I’m missing ? 

How dor I listen to Sirius radio on sonos?

I got my system work really well, I have one Arc Ultra, a Sub gen 4, and two Sonos Five. Everything are connected to the Arc Ultra and the Arc Ultra connected to the TV via HDMI earc. And now I got the karaoke machine and microphone to be added to the system.The problem is that the mic and the karaoke machine are two different input. How do you guys suggest to set it up?One, to connect HDMI out from karaoke machine to TV, and Microphone out to TV and then earc to Arc Ultra (idk will it work). Two, to connect HDMI out from karaoke machine to TV as Video inp, RCA from karaoke machine to separate mixer, Microphone out to the mixer, and mixer output to audio in to tv. Which one will work better? or do you have any other suggestion? thanks
