What source? What volume? Just started, presumably? What’s changed in your system? Have you sent a diagnostics to Sonos and contacted them to check for hardware failure?

If I read your answers correctly, I think you say “yes” to “contacted Sonos”. But with your helpful post, I’ll wish you good luck in sorting the issue, without bothering to ask what Sonos had to say.

Sonos directed to move units closer to wiFi and or wire direct>

Did you work through the improving wifi support article? There are other options before moving in some cases, and more before going to a wired setup.

I moved two other play 1 in the same locations and they both worked as they should.
