Questions about the equalizer function and comparing the Sonos One and Sonos Era 100

I'm choosing rear speakers for my Beam (Gen 2). I have two questions:
1. Can I adjust the bass and treble levels (equalizer function) on the Era 100 or One SL while they're paired with the Beam?
2. I know the differences between the One SL and Era 100 are Alexa smart speaker functionality and size. Are there other differences? Do you know about any differences in sound quality?

Thanks.

Eq is done by Room so yes you can adjust them, just not independently. Trueplay may do that though.

I have One SL and 100 surrounds, can't really hear a lot of difference when used as Surrounds, but then my ears are failing. When used as a stereo pair the 100 sounds a bit better on the low end but not enough to be really apparent.

Many listeners have a preference, but only you know what sounds “best” (to you).

The 100’s incorporate more modern wireless capabilities and I think that most listeners will feel that the 100’s are more effective surrounds.
