Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

Complete wasting many hours of my time I cannot connect to my speaker S1 via the app. It works fine on my laptop but on my android phone.Despite being on the same Wi fi as Alexa, Alexa cannot connect to the speaker. This is utter rubbish and sonos support are unable to resolve this issue. My advice is put your Sonos speaker in the bin and purchase a proper system.

Hello to all,on the “old” app 16.3 I have recorded in “favorite” few channels taken from TuneIn radio (from RadioTunes where i pay a subscription).For instance as n1 favourite i have “Eurodance”. On the new app those “favorites” channels have disappeard.How can i recover them? Thanks

Hi, I’ve set up a surround system with a Playbase and 2x Play:1s. I’ve previously run the surround system with Ones instead (no issues) but decided to shift speakers around. All speakers work fine when not grouped, but in surround group the rear speakers don’t work. Neither with tv sound or when streaming from Spotify. I am also unable to complete true play tuning. Has anyone else encountered this issue? 

Any word on when the return of being able to search my own music library will be here? Pretty absurd to not be able to search a local library, or add an album at a time to the “now playing” queue.  

I bought new AMP and it started to connect to Sonos App, during this process it update the software, since then I am trying to connect in many ways (connecting to Ethernet cable, factory reset, etc…) but without success.Can anyone help ideas how to solve this?Thanks Barry

I can’t count the number of posts that complain that after changing a Router and/or ISP…Sonos doesn’t connect.First lets ‘s address the elephant in the room…It’s Not The App and most likely It’s Not Your Network (per se).  I say that because we’re not addressing Feature’s that may be missing since the App refresh.It’s a connection issueNo matter if you setup your own router and use the ISP’s modem; or you use the ISP’s router and modem there’s one basic rule that makes for a painless process…Keep the same SSID and Password Assuming you have a stable (or even not so stable) Sonos system here are the steps you should take before replacing your router and/or changing your ISP:Update your device Check for Sonos updates (if possible) Unplug all Sonos

With the latest Sonos Application, Radioplayer content is empty no Radio stations.Impossible to have Belgium Radios on Sonos Same with Calm Radio With previous versions of SONOS it was possible to add the url of a radio station.How to do with the latest version 

Trying to set up a new Beam2 but can’t get past the EULA

Is anyone else having problems with their volume levels since upgrading their app?  Since I updated to the new app all of my speakers are playing at approximately 50% of their volume level from before the update. Example:  Using my same music service the old app would be loud at level 50. Now with new app the volume level at 50 is equivalent to level 20 in the old  app. I have checked the volume limits for every speaker in the app and all are set to 100%.  I want my old volume levels back!  

We have recently moved to a new house and as part of signing up to a new ISP we were provided an 2 x Eero 6+ routers. I have one Eero connected to the NTD (modem) and another in the living room as an extender. Having read through a bunch of posts on this community, I see Eero are very hit and miss with Sonos.Ultimately I will be looking to connect 1 x Sonos Sub1 x Sonos Beam2 x Sonos One At the moment I just have the Ones unboxed, ready to set up as a stereo pair.I am able to add each speaker using the S2 app, however when it comes to finalising set up, neither speaker is able to update which stops the process.As a workaround I connected one speaker to the Eero in the Living Room via Ethernet and left the other wireless. The issue I’m having now is I can only connect to the speakers through the Sonos App, I can’t direct play music from spotify or any other apps. Any suggestions to fix the issues? Ideally I would l

I bought the Sonos move. After completing the initial set up, i am now on connect to wifi. I can’t seem to get past this set up. I have done all the tricks i could find but still nothing. 

What is the Windows app for?It does not detect my Ace, Bluetooth ou USB, saying Not connected.

My app and system are acting horribly since that last disastrous upgrade.  I just need to vent. When will this get corrected?

True play and loudness are automatically turning off without me doing anything. I’m always having to turn it back on in the Sonos app. Any ideas?

Hi everyoneI play music on Deezer through my Sonos one speaker.All of a sudden it has stopped continously playing. Plays one song then stops. Play Deezer directly through my car it is fine and rolls on to track after track. Any ideas please??Thanks,Mike

The new sonos app is a junk.  We all should stop using the product for REALTest your product well before pushing in production. It is not working, roll it back.Playlists are gone, cant save playlists, the list goes on and on. FIX IT

Hi!I’m using a Sony record player that I’m running through a line in source attached to an Era 100 speaker. I have another one in another room that I use to sync with it. I always want the record player to be priority source through the system and to play out of both speakers when I put a record on. Don’t want to have to faff with the app every time.I have enabled autoplay but I still frequently have to manually select the line in through the app to get it to work. Is there a way to make this line in device autoplay consistently?

When will I be able to connect to my tv via the beam? Reason I bought these headphones 

We are another victim of Sonos pointless updates. We were set-up and the system was working perfectly.The music folder is on an external drive connected via USB to a BT Smart Hub 2 - it presents as a NAS drive and is accessible by any other device on the home network (wholly independently of any other computer on the network).The music library folder was set-up and is managed through Windows - that much still all works as it should.Our Move used to be able to stream music from the NAS (with no other PC being active). Since the updates it has lost access to the NAS and any attempt to restore connectivity results in error 913.I’d be grateful for guidance on how to determine why it no longer works. Specifically, to determine whether this is a result of Sonos redacting support for SMB1 or whether this is a temporary hiatus that Sonos will resolve through a future firmware update “later this month”.

Hi, I have 2 TV rooms with 2 soundbars. Can I set up TV Swap with more than 1 soundbar?Will the headphones automagically swap the audio depending in which room I am in? Thanks

Hi,the new app is useless and I can't listen to my preferred Italian radio from the UK as I was always doing before the silly update.Does anybody know if using SonoPhone IOS app I can play foreign radios using MyTuner? Thank you in advance
