Sonos doesn’t make a remote.
What remote are you using?
If you mean the IKEA Sonos remote (https://www.theverge.com/2019/10/1/20892984/ikea-sound-controller-review-symfonisk), then I’m having the same issue. Not sure how long it’s been going on. Initially assumed it was a dead battery. After replacing the battery, the remote can stop and start the Sonos speaker, but volume is unresponsive.
Anyone else having the same issue?
