Unable to add new products to TV system

I am unable to add my new era 100 and sub mini to my new Beam on my TV. Sonis support has suggested a work around that does not work. Are the engineers working on this problem? Does anyone know when it will be fixed?

Have you tried adding the Sub Mini first? Sometimes this is needed before you add the surrounds.

Do you have the Beam wired to your router/network? If so, make sure WI-FI is on in its settings.

If you haven’t done so already, power off your router and Beam for about 5 minutes. Then starting with the router, power it on and allow it to fully boot. Next power on the Beam and allow it to fully boot. Try to add the Sub and 100s again.

Wifi on the Beam was already enabled, so I disabled it and then enabled it again. This has worked and i have now set up the Sub and Surrounds successfully.  Can't thank you enough, really appreciated.
