Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

I recently changed my router and lost my setup. I have now reset all of them and I'm trying to add them back, but I'm getting the message below.  couldn't connect to network. make sure you are using the right wifi and password. Then try again. Can any someone help please. I'm using a Cudy AC1200 Dual Band Wi-Fi Router.

Hi gang,I currently have Arc Ultra, 2 x Era 300 and Sub Gen 1.I’m trying to decide if its worth upgrading to the Sub Gen 4? Having spoken to some retailers, they have said that it wont really make too much difference from a sound perspective.If theres not a tangible difference, I’m going to stick with Sub Gen 1 but wanted to hear the thoughts of the community.Thanks ER86

I am attempting to add SiriusXM to the services on the iOS Sonos app, but when attempting to, it opens to a blank screen before I can enter my credentials. This does not happen with other services like Spotify. As anyone encountered this before?

Is there a way to get Dolby atmos working with no distortion in night mode using the streaming apps on Xbox?

i have the Problem that if i try to move the speaker from one Account to another Account, the process asks for more Information - Login to the old Account. basically i am in a deadlock of Accounts. does somebody have the Same Issing? how did. you manage to Switch to another account? 

Was forced to reinstall sonos app (android), got my play 1 setup OK - but just can’t find how to add content (e.g. sonos radio).  Anyone got a step by step pls?

Recently took delivery of a Sonos ray which fails to connect. Contacted sonos support who said it needs to be replaced. This was on the 6th December. Have heard nothing further ? 

I’ve been using the Sonos Arc with BT for a while, and everything was working great with my surround speakers. Recently, I switched to Virgin Media and got the Hub 5 router, but now I can’t get my Sonos Arc to connect.It keeps saying the password is wrong, even though I know it’s correct. It’s been driving me crazy – why is this never simple?Has anyone had a similar issue or found a solution to get the Sonos Arc working with Virgin Media's Hub 5? Any help would be really appreciated!

Starting lthis week, I have been unable to connect to my local CBC radio channels. Is there a fix? Sometimes the channels show up on the channel list but do not connect. Other times they do not show up at all.

Hello everybody,I do own 3 speakers model play:3 and I would like to make them working with AirPlay.My question is: if I buy a Sonos Beam (gen 2) that works with AirPlay, will all my speakers work together with AirPlay ?if not, do you have any other solution ?Thank you in advance  thomas

Why won’t Sonos allow me to run Sonos 1? I deleted Sonos 2, and reinstalled Sonos 1. I try to open the Sonos 1 app and it is forcing me to download Sonos 2 which doesn’t work well with my Sonos devices.

Afternoon, Hopefully someone can help as I am about to tear my hair out. I have a Sonos one which has worked flawlessly for a number of years. I have just upgrade my router and this is where the problems have started. I performed a factory reset on the router. Go through the pairing, it sends the chimes and connects. I then get a message saying “the device may not initially show up in your device, you need to turn the power on and off again to complete the setup”. I do that but it never reconnects. Any ideas? Thanks for reading.

My Sonos Roam product goes through the add product process, and then when it goes to the final step of connecting to my wireless network it won’t connect. My other Sonos products all connected easily to my network. Any thoughts? I did a factory reset twice. 

My neighbours were looking to buy a new speaker system for their home.  They came over the other night and I showed them my Sonos system.  At first the app wouldn’t launch on my mobile.  I deleted it and reinstalled.  It found the system.  We listened to some tracks and they liked the sound, but then it started dropping and we couldn't regain control of the music through the app. They bought a different system.  I’m stuck with this one.  Is it ever going to work properly again?  

Is there a way to deactivate the (terrible) smart shuffle feature via Spotify playlists? Or plans to release this option in a future version update?

Hello Sonos community, I am a dentist and I am building a new dental office and want to install Sonos S2 system in my clinic, about 12-15 speakers. Besides those I would like to install microphones that would allow me to call my asistants from each of the 6 operating rooms to 3-5 speakers that would be placed centrally in the hallway. The quality of the mic sound is not important, I just want to be heard. It may be a push to talk mic on the desk or wall, or better a mic that is activated without a button but when you speak close to it.Ex. I may be working in room 5 and would like to call one of my asistants to bring me something from the sterilisation room by pressing a button on the microphone on the desk and I would like my call to lower the volume of 3-5 Sonos speakers located in the hallway playing music and anounce my request. I would like to know if it is possible to connect a microphone in this way and if yes, how can I configure the microphone to

Projector in small basement room.  wanting to invest in soundbar (either arc or beam gen2). there's no way to put the sound bar below the projector screen as its up most of the time.   Can I mount the soundbar to the ceiling above the mounted screen?  would this distort the sound? have it the wrong direction or can I mount it to ceiling with pivots to slightly adjust toward the viewer. Thank you for you help and any guidance. 

Hi,I just got an ARC (non-ultra) with my new LC C4 TV.ARC plugged into eARC (TV) and ethernet (Comcast router home network), and 2x Era 100 speakers added as surround (wifi to Comcast router)Sometimes the surround sounds very good - but often, there are phasing/echo/pulsing sounds through the surround speakers. It seems like it occurs when a new signal is sent, like if the surrounds join in with music in the audio track… it then smooths out a bit.My guess would be that every time a surround element is sent to the speakers, they have to catch up once again and it takes a few seconds, Any help appreciated!

I can’t access the app on any device, won’t font any products and it won’t update. tried everything I can think of and it still won’t work.

The Sonos Aarc Ultra all of a sudden shows up as 3 speakers and 1 works fine but 2 cannot be added. How can I remove the ghost Arc Ultra from the system?  

HiI used to have older sonos speakers from 2013. When I upgraded my home’s wifi, the speakers no longer worked. I decided it was time for an upgrade, so I got one Era 100 and one Era 300.Still, however, the new speakers refuse to work with my network. This is a 5 Ghz network that works with Spotify, Netflix, my work VPN. Some other details:Wifi 6, 5 ghz Security is WPA/WPA2-Personal I have an Android device running the latest version of the app. Have also tried iPhone.What should I look for in terms of compatibility? When I play a YouTube playlist with more than 250 entries, the app adds the playlist’s tracks to the Sonos queue approximately 80 times. Can someone please investigate and fix the bug.
