why has my sonos beam suddenly stopped working with the tv

Green light is on the Beam. It plays music through Alexa/ phone app, but does not play the tv audio. The tv settings do not show it being there even though it is plugged in to ARC socket. I don’t like the sound of the tv and desperately want the beam back on

Green LED means the device is muted, try turning the volume up, try both App and buttons.

Please power off the Beam for 5-10 secs and check that the HDMI cable is secure at both the TV and Beam.

Have done this. Still didn’t work 😢
