Surround rears not working

Brand new sonos system. Arc ultra three hundreds as rear along with sub four. Set up the arc ultra through the latest sonos app. Added the 2 three hundreds and sub 4 for surround. No sound coming from the rears or sub. App says connected??

Is the system set to “Full” (not Ambient) when playing music? What sound format does the app say the system is playing when the system is playing TV sound and you get no sound from the rears?

First test is to set Surrounds to “Full” rather than “Ambient”. Then play some music to the room. You should hear it from the Arc and Eras (and Sub). If so you’ve got them set up correctly and may need to change some options in the tv audio settings. Also make sure the tv is playing a 5.1 or Atmos program - many are only transmitted in stereo.
