Sonos Era 300 no bass

Hi. I set up two Sonos Era 300 in stereo mode. The sound is very strange, the bass sometimes appears, sometimes disappears. The sound is not pleasing. The sound itself is sometimes louder, sometimes quieter. Did they mess up the firmware again? Even Sonos Beam 2 gives more bass.

Hi @Viktor Sukhinin

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with insufficient bass coming from your Era 300 stereo pair.

Please try separating the Era 300 speakers in the app, then re-bond them as a stereo pair once more:

Settings icon » [room with pair] » Remove Stereo Pair

Settings icon » [room with intended name of pair] » Set up Stereo Pair

If this does not fix the issue you are having, please try rebooting them by unplugging them from power for a moment.

Finally, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

I hope this helps.
