Hi all

Updated iOS app this morning to 80.16.32 and we can no longer group speakers, getting a little need to update banner.

When trying to update it just spins and eventually get an error page, but with no error code

Following steps to unplug Ethernet, reboot router, reboot switch, unplug and plug in again all speakers, uninstall app, reinstall app, restart phones etc all do nothing at all.

Anyone else have this and any suggestions on how to resolve please?

UK support isn’t open over weekend so kinda stuck.

You could try connecting one speaker at a time and try updating one by one.

You could also try updating your speakers via PC/Mac maybe that will help.


Thanks Peter, good idea about updating via Pc, I’ll give that a go. Thank you 


Unfortunately I get the same message 😞 but this time I get an error 1101 with guidance to do all the things I’ve already done.

 

Guess I’ll have to wait until Monday and call UK support 


If you click on General settings and then About your system what firmware is installed on various speakers?

Are all your speakers on Wifi?


Sorted, seems Vodafone also pushed an update to my router which ended up blocking Sonos servers!

Factory reset it and all updated. Phew.

New Update has sent my Surrounds into different Rooms? How do I get them back to Surrounds? I can’t seem to delete the extra Rooms.
