Hi everyone, I bought a house with a Sonos soundbar (arc), TV (Samsung), and an amp (Sonos)

wired to 2 Klipsh speakers in the ceiling.  The seller 

left in a rush and gave no information about the system. The arc works OK, but the amp won’t get recognized by my router for some reason so no sound is coming out of the ceiling speakers. Any tips?

I’d factory reset all of them, then start as if they’d come out of the box, and set up a new system.
