Can't find the equaliser in the app for arc ultra 

Hello,My Beam gen2 soundbar plays the sound of a TV program for about twenty seconds even though my TV is off ?! This happens almost every day and at any time of the day or night. How can I fix this problem please?Thanks a lot for any help !Regards

Hello guys, I am a mariner and so I stay on ships mostly where internet connectivity is very less. We do have internet onboard but its via satellite and the speed is not at all good.I was looking for a sonos system and the best buy sales person advised me to get sonos five, and he misinformed me that this speaker is Bluetooth compatible, I came onboard and the first thing hit me that it doesn’t have Bluetooth.We sailed out from the port and I could not do anything about it.I could set up the system with my iOS device making another android phone as hotspot wifi. All was good until I had internet signal on my android device. I did all the setup, also saved the EQ as per my taste. After we went out to sea, we lost telecom signal, then my system was not showing on the sonos app. I connected the system to onboard wifi, and there was an update to the sonos app. I updated the application.After update, still no system… somehow after hours of hit and try I could get the system on the app. (thi

My Arc Ultra works fine, but then when adding additional speakers/different room/or a group it goes silent with TV audio. Works as surrounds but I'm using them for multi rooms. Worked the first night I used it. Music works fine for all. No TV audio for all, just arc. Any suggestions?

I have an older system with a Bridge that just failed due to a bad power source. My speakers are in the walls and I can't connect them directly to the router. Should I buy a Boost if possible or see if I can find a new power source for the Bridge and get a few more years out of it? Thanks

I purchased and installed a home theater system with a Beam Gen 2, Sub Mini, and (2) ERA300 surrounds. After installation I encountered persistent issues with streaming music from within the Sonos app using Apple Music and Amazon Music. I made several calls to Sonos support and allowed a support person to connect into my network and run tests on the Beam Gen 2. No matter what we tried the issue persisted. I've put this together so that if others are having this issue they may benefit from my endeavors and perhaps offer some help !Here is what I experienced within the Sonos app, so much so that it is unable for streaming music.Message: Couldn't play AAA. The connection to Apple Music was lost. Message: Couldn't play AAA. It's not encoded correctly. 1 of my Era 300 speakers will no longer connect to wi-fi. I press the button on the back. Light continues blinking white. Never turns blue. I have unplugged . Updated all Sonos products. 1 speaker will not connect.

Where do I start if I moved into a house that has everything left from the previous owner? 

I've been using Amazon Music for some time. I've the app on my phone, fire tablet and laptop as well as linked to my Sonos system. It's all been working fine until today. Trying to use AM on Sonos, a message appears saying to pause it elsewhere before it can be used via Sonos. It's not being used elsewhere! I realise the plan I have means it can only be used on one device at a time so checked the other devices: they're not playing. Any help?   

Just curious… the problems started in May last year, and seemed to get worse April/May 25. Fortunately  or unfortunately for me there were always a few speakers working on the system…. but now.. It got so bad I rebooted all 21 speakers and downloaded the software. Now… only one speaker works. Since April, I haven’t had even a part of the system working. Why, oh why, can Sonos not just revert back to the old system that worked??? BTW - I don’t care about features, playlists, grouping bla bla bla. I bought these for the sound quality, and not for the features. That’s all available through other apps. 

Hi. I want to make a break from my past including my music. Is there a way to delete the sonos memory of what I played and what I like (my history), but not my account or music saved in my favourites. The curated "mix" selection just gives me random permutations of things I have listened to for 20 years. Ugh. 

My alarms that were set dissappear from time to time in the app.Sometimes they pop up again. Not clear what is causing this.

I’m trying to reconnect (2) Play Five speakers 1st gen

Like a lot of people in this community, I have been unable to add Spotify family members any Sonos account. I’ve tried https://support.sonos.com/article/use-multiple-accounts-for-the-same-content-servicehowever this is old and didn’t work. I’ve tried various ways of deleting and reinstalling the Sonos and Spotify apps. Nothing seems to work. Can anybody give me a solution to this really annoying problem. I actually thought my Sonos issues were gone after “The app update”. Everything was getting back on track now this!! Help please. 

I switched to YouTube music from Spotify and it went pretty smooth. The only big issue is that the Sonos app will simply refuse to play any of the podcasts I subscribe to in Youtube Music.I have seen that more people have raised this issue but that Sonos isn’t really acting on this issue, or at least isn’t making it a priority.Is there any idea on what the steps are that Sonos is taking? 

Good morning everyone, Yesterday afternoon I was listening to music with my SymfoniskSuddenly one of the two speakers disconnected from Wi-Fi and stayed with the red light on without resuming connection. After about an hour the light was still red and I unplugged it to restart it. Once I plugged it back in, the Symfonisk did nothing. No status LEDs and no signs of life The case does nothing. I tried changing outlets and changing cables but nothing changed. What can I do? It seems strange to me that it died just like that out of nowhere

Hi everyone,Hoping someone from the community or Sonos team can help. I’ve spent hours trying to get this working and have hit a wall.My setup: Arc Ultra (connected via WiFi) 2 × Era 300 (set as surrounds) Sub + Sub 4 Everything appears correctly in the app. The Arc Ultra is connected to WiFi (not Ethernet), and I made sure WiFi is enabled. The Era 300s show up as left and right surrounds, and both subs are listed and bonded to the Arc room. I’ve increased surround and sub audio levels to max. I’ve also confirmed that I’m playing Dolby Atmos and 5.1 content (shows up as such in the Sonos app), using Apple TV 4K.The problem:I’m getting no sound whatsoever from the Era 300s or the subs. The only time I hear anything from them is the pairing chime during initial setup. After that, complete silence. Can not get app to recognise my sonos ace  headphones

Hi, I have a Sonos Arc, Sub 3 and 2xEra 300’s as a Home Theatre Set up. Since I have had the 2x Era300’s (2023) i have consistently had audio drop out on an intermittent basis from the Era’s no matter where the source is coming from. Over the last two years I have done everything - changing channels 1, 6 or 11, resetting wifi, powering off and on etc etc.Today Level 2 support have confirmed that “I wanted to share some important information regarding the use of EU-version Sonos products in the UK and how this may affect your system’s wireless performance.Sonos products designed for the EU market (Sonos Arc and Sonos Sub) can only connect to a more limited range of 5 GHz bands when used in the UK. As a result, you may experience reduced wireless performance or connectivity issues. One or more of your Sonos devices may support different wireless regions. This mismatch can cause problems, especially when using them together in a home theater configuration.We strongly recommend using Sonos

 HelloI have a Sonos AMP. C17 had a short circuit. Unfortunately, this also burned out the L2 coil (470 µH). Apparently, the circuit path on the multilayer board is also broken, and I believe the path from the L2 coil to resistor R1263 is also broken. Can anyone confirm that the path goes there? R1263 (1 kΩ) has approximately 300V there.Unfortunately, my AMP isn't working yet because I don't fully understand what SONOS has put together. It contains several PWM chips.RegardsStephan

On an older Samsung Galaxy S10e when an alert starts playing, a Snooze/Stop popup is show inside the app (so unfortunately still need to open the app, but it works).On a brand new Samsung Galaxy S25 when an alert starts playing, no alarm snooze popup is shown, though the app show the speaker as playing - so I am unable to snooze the alert, but can stop the music as normal.Both phones run the same latest app version. I did try reinstalling the app on the new phone to no avail. I tried to reconnect my Apple Music account to listen to the music I bought via iTunes ( I don’t have a streaming subscription) but I am always ending in a loop, Sonos sends me to Apple Music to log in, I’ll do that, get back to Sonos, Sonos tells me to re-authorize my account, sending me back to apple music and so on….deleted the apple music account inside Sonos and added it from scratch but no result. Anyone has the same issue and found a solution?  

For more than one and a half year, Sonos users have been waiting for a solution to the annoying issue that it isn’t possible to play albums (eg. from symphonies): When a movement (or song) has finished, it doesn’t continue to the next one. This is what ​@Jamie A from the Sonos staff wrote three months ago on a one and a half your old issue:I’ve contacted our team and raised this with them, after testing on my end and asking my colleague to try as well, we also weren’t able to play albums using IDAGIO. This has been raised as an issue as this is not expected and I’ve tagged this thread with the relevant bug report.We don’t have an ETA to share on when this will be resolved, but the team is aware and working on a resolution. I was informed that this should only occur on the mobile version of the app, you should still be able to queue using the desktop version of the Sonos app. Another workaround would be to make a playlist of the album in the desktop app, which I understand is not ideal

I'm currently having issues with 5.1 surround sound delivery to my Sonos speakers.Current set up is:Sky stream -> HDMI -> Hisense TV -> HDMI ARC -> Gen 1 Beam + Sonos One + Sonos One SLI have audio processing on both the Sky Stream and TV set to pass through. Sonos app shows that it is receiving Dolby Digital 5.1. However, there is no sound coming from either Sonos One.I have confirmed via different apps on the Sky Puck, through films that should support 5.1.All speakers work as intended for audio from Spotify. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I’ve had sonos products for years but used only as speakers. I discovered sonos streams radio but dont know how to utilize. Trying to find this feature in the app is fruitless for me and just keep seeing the option to get sonos emails which I don’t want. I need to know how the app can recognize the 4 sonos products I currently usei need to know how to stream to these products or just keep using Spotify
