Followed the steps to installing my music library in Sonos. The library is now visible in the controller app but is empty of content.

Suggestions?

Is sonos done building the library yet? Depending on the size of your library, it could take some time. What Sonos system are you running. Your profile would indicate you are running S1. Is that still the case?

More detail is needed to really help. Where is the library located? On a NAS, or on your computer? Any additional information about your setup will get you better assistance.

If you followed the  steps and your music is in a supported format you might want to force a reindex, then submit a diagnostic to Sonos and call in to support if it is still empty.

Running S2 on a Mac.
Folder: /Users/(username)/Music/Music on my computer. Chose Networked Device ( ex Nas) as location
